"If my analysis was right and Mrs. Jones reached the bed room but she wasn't able to enter, and she was found covered with blood on the floor near the main door, how did she get there? Sorry if I made you all confused with my question," apologizes Adam.
"The result of the autopsy is here inside my bag. I was there that's why I got a copy of it in the hospital where they brought her. I know I can use it in the near future. Unfortunately, she was declared dead on arrival. It says here that the cause of death is internal bleeding. Based on findings, the patient had brain injury and skull fractures too that leads her to death," Atty. Galiego discussed.
"What? Did I hear it right? You were there? How?" Adam asked him showing a weird face. He looked at Hannah and Hannah stared at him like she knew what's on Adam's mind.
"Yes, I was there for some valid reasons. I was there…he was about to say the reasons why he's there in the hospital that moment but he refuses to continue telling us about it and said, "Let's not talk about it, not that so important nothing to do with the case. We need to focus on what we are analyzing. Just forget about it."
"Atty. Galiego is right Adam, what important now is to know how the murderer did the crime," Vhiann agreed with the lawyer. But the lawyer's words are still on his mind and he will never forget about it. He knew that Hannah will remember it too especially if Atty. Galiego is possibly involve in the crime.
Something came up to Hannah's mind and said, "I got it. The suspect did something in her, he possibly carried the victim downstairs and put her on the floor near the main door that's why the victim get there."
"With what he does, we don't know. He might hit Mrs. Jones in her head with something heavy not just once but many times or any possible reasons behind it, "Adam explained.
"Mr. Jones told us he can't hear anything because he uses shower that time. But he turned off the shower when he decided to brush his teeth. It is possible that he is using the faucet and he turned on the shower again. Then, after 10 minutes Mr. Jones went outside the room to check his wife. That moment, the suspect came back to the kitchen and he turned off the lights there," Adam added.
"Apparently, the suspect forgot that some part of the house of couple including the kitchen was made up of glass. So, Mr. Jones saw his shadow even if the lights are off," Vhiann explained.
"I have a gut feel, that the man behind the crime knows every part of the house and he was familiar with it," Atty. Galiego said while looking at the kitchen.
"By the way, you found money bills and coins under the lavatory, right?" he asks while walking towards the kitchen, "Where is the lavatory?" he asked again.
"Yes attorney! We found it there," Hannah and Adam answered. "There is comfort room near the kitchen attorney. Look!" they pointed.
Atty. Galiego opened the comfort room and yet he found the lavatory they're talking about.
"How come there's money here under the lavatory?" Attorney turned on the faucet and wash his hands. He turned off the faucet and get his handkerchief from his pants' pocket.
Hannah and Adam looked at each other's eyes and said, "Gotcha! There are money bills and coins in the suspect's pants' pocket and when he got his handkerchief, his money fell down."
"If the coins fell down on the floor, he might hear that," Vhiann said.
"The floor is wet that time for sure, he might have difficulties on picking up each coin so he decided to leave the house after washing his hands," Atty. Galiego showed them and demonstrate how hard picking up coins in wet floor.
"But that's only for coins attorney, money bills are easily to pick up it's not like coins which are really hard to pick up," Hannah uttered in a genius tone.
"Babe, you thought of that? Uhhh! So proud of you. I wasn't able to analyze that thing, that's first time huh." Adam praised Hannah clapping his hands on her. He hugged the lady and kissed her in her forehead.
"Hey! You're on duty! No work's romance!" Vhiann teased them and said, "It's annoying! We are here in front of you, don't do that when our eyes are open. Give us notice if you'll do that again so we are ready to cover our eyes for us not to see your sweetness overload."
Atty. Galiego just smiled happy seeing the two having sweet moment that time. But he told them to stop for a while and get back to brainstorming.
"Let's get back to the topic before your sweetness covers our minds and makes our minds unable to think about the case," the lawyer said seriously then suddenly said, "Just kidding!"
"The two looked at each other having a sweet smile on their faces and nodded to Atty. Galiego. "Yes attorney! Let's get back to work."
"He tried to escape immediately so that the police will not see other people around the house that might be primary suspects. But unluckily, he wasn't able to escape so he went again to the comfort room until the police together with the kid and the victim's husband left the house," the lawyer added.
"Now that we knew that Mr. Jones is innocent, we have to find now who is the murderer and why did he kill Mrs. Jones? He didn't even hurt the kid nor went to the bathroom and kill Mr. Jones," Hannah whispered.
"It seems that he planned everything. He planned to frame up Mr. Jones as the killer of his own wife, the wife that he promised to love more than himself. Is it possible that the man accompanied the kid, is the killer of Mrs. Jones? Then, what is the relation of that man to the kid and to the victim?"
