They shared ideas to one another.
"Maybe that moment they are not just the two of them and her nephew are inside their house. There are other people who entered the house that time. A family friend, a relative, a robber or a secret affair," said Atty. Galiego rolling his eyes around the house.
"There are pictures of his wife with other man, those are the pictures found in the drawer. Three tooth brush in the bathroom but they are only two in the house and her wife's nephew just arrived that moment. The money bills and coins under the lavatory. The knife stabbed in the sofa," Adam whispered while tapping his chin many times, his mannerism strikes again.
"They were all connected with what Mr. Jones said in the interrogation. But he didn't mention his wife's secret affair, he didn't know about that, Hannah wondered looking at the three. Do we have the same thinking guys?" Hannah asked.
"Are you thinking about his wife's secret affair?" Adam asked.
"It seems like they have the same thinking, that's how real detectives' minds work. If Mr. Jones didn't mention about his wife's dirty secret. Are that pictures came from a private investigator of Mr. Jones? or Mrs. Jones kept those pictures for long time knowing his husband is always busy with his work and no time to look at the drawer?" They all asked themselves.
With that, no one knows. They tried to act the possible scenes happened in the house during the night of murder. Hannah played as the victim (Mrs. Jones) Adam as (Mr. Jones) Vhiann as the (nephew) even if she's not a boy. While Atty. Galiego will observe how did the killing was done by the real murderer. They did some scenes based on the story told by the accused, Mr. Jones.
They started from...
(Mrs. Jones told her husband that she'll check on her nephew downstairs because he texted her that he'll be spending his night in Jones's House)
Hannah goes upstairs to the second floor and portrays her character. She is holding her phone reading her nephew's message and go downstairs but her phone accidentally falls down because of shock. But she wasn't able to get it because she was excited to hug his nephew. She looked around and wondered how his nephew entered the house knowing that the kid doesn't have a duplicate key to open the door.
They all stopped.
"Wait, there's something wrong. How come the kid entered the house without a key?" Atty. Galiego told them wondering how. And something came up into his mind, the boy can't arrive alone. "Maybe there's someone accompanied him," he whispered.
"Yes! It's a must. Her nephew is just a five (5) year-old kid according to the report. Wait, I remembered something, Mr. Jones told us that he saw a shadow in the kitchen, right? Maybe he's the one accompanies the child going in the house," Vhiann said while thinking some possible things happened.
"You're right! It is possible that the man accompanied the kid has a duplicate key of the main door. Remember, the victim was found near the main door. Is it possible that she/he attacked the victim while she's hugging the kid? Then, the blood flows and the kid touched it. He possibly tried to stop the bleeding by tapping his both hands on her aunt's wound that's why the kid's hands were full of blood when Mr. Jones saw him under the table in the dining area," Hannah explained it every single detail came up into her mind.
"If the kid did that, he might feel scared when he can't stop the wound from bleeding so, he ran and hide under the table because of fear that he might be the next victim after his aunt. But the man who tried to kill her aunt go to the kitchen when he heard someone's voice calling Mrs. Jones upstairs," Adam discussed it confidently.
"If the person accompanied the child is related to the kid why does the kid will think that he might be the next victim? There are some loopholes in the crime scene. It's been a week after the crime happened. We don't have other witness to help us easily find out how it was done," Vhiann told them. "Still, I believe that we can solve this crime without other witness because of Mr. Jones's statement," she added to motivate the three.
"It will be easy for us to solve the case if we got the kid, the victim's nephew. Where is he now? That's the question on my mind that is not yet answered. We need to find the kid, he'll be the star witness because he's there when the killing happened," Hannah told them.
"You're right babe. Maybe someone took him from the police department. For sure, his parents are worried that moment that's why they arrived there immediately to get their child," Adam uttered.
"What's unbelievable is that, nobody sees what's happening that evening? Even people from the neighborhood didn't notice the killer?" Vhiann left a question mark on their minds again.
They continue analyzing the possible moves done by the murderer. Atty. Galiego remembered the bloody footprints they followed the first time they went in Jones's house, the day they got the evidences.
How about bloody footprints which we followed the first time we went here. It started from the main door, going upstairs until we reached their bed room. Therefore, there's possibility that Mrs. Jones had the chance to go upstairs and ask for help with her husband but she wasn't able to enter the room but the question is, why didn't she enter the room and shout at her husband that there's someone trying to kill her?" Atty. Galiego asked them in a confused tone.
