"They set me up and tried to hit me with a stick. She also threatened to harm you." Noah said to see his wife frown. She had suspected that Beth and Cara weren't good people, but she never thought they would ever try to harm Noah. Beth is his sister for crying out loud, when will she ever learn not to harm her family members because of an outsider?
No wonder Noah had been angry when he arrived. He felt betrayed by his own sister.
"Why would she did that?" Evelyn asked unable to understand her daughter. She has loved with Beth for the longest and her daughter didn't seem to hold any grudge against her son.
Though she always fought with Noah, they would still settle and go their separate ways.
Since Anna lost her memory, she had forgotten Cara is the same girl who confronted her at a salon over Noah belonging to her and that she should stay away from him. If she knew, she would have found a way to get her out of the Declan's mansion quickly.
"Mother, I'm sorry but I think Noah has every right to lock Beth up." Anna said supporting her husband. She didn't mean to come between them, but she couldn't also talk to Noah to free his sister who is trying to harm her too. Beth deserves the punishment she's getting.
"I'm afraid Anna is right Evelyn dear. Beth needs to be taught a lesson. Noah please go easy on her, and return her back to us when you're done." Noah nodded. Evelyn didn't like the sound of this. No matter what Beth is her daughter and a female. She couldn't be punished like that, she isn't built for the kind of torture Noah would inflict on her.
"Are you letting this happen Lionel?" She turned to her husband. They are a family, they could resolve whatever it is as a family.
"Noah..." Lionel called. He just couldn't say no to his wife.
"She threatened to destroy my family and tried to harm me today with her friend. I won't let her off this time." He clicked his tongue. She didn't just threatened to harm Anna, but has confessed to almost drugging her that night before three other people too over.
Three other people...
There was Kate at the event that night, and her adopted daughter. But they are two. They may have hired someone to do the deed, but who could it be?
Again he might be reaching, or maybe he's right.
"Where did you keep them Noah?" Lionel asked his son who didn't say anything to him.
"I'll return them when I'm done with them. I've already sent a message to Cara's family, you don't have to worry." At this, he rose and walked away with his wife. Evelyn sighed in surrender, she didn't know why Beth would try to harm her brother.
Noah isn't one that just speaks, but one things she knows is that he never lies. He would never take an action without a justifiable reason.
After everything, Noah and his wife returned to the hotel and Evelyn and Lionel slept in their rooms in the palace. With the way everything had gone tonight, she doubts they would visit the royal family in a long time. The king and queen literally hates them now. One because the girl she had chosen for her son, was married to Noah and second because Noah forced the prince to apologize to his wife.

Far away from Evelyn's room, a servant walked over to the queen's chambers and handed a number to her. Elizabeth held the card in her hands as she glanced at the number. Noah could be married to Anna, but there could always be a change.
There is always something called divorce and if Damien wants the girl, then the girl he shall have.

Beth and Cara cried all night to the guards who kept their cold eyes on them, making sure they never leave the position Noah had asked them to be in. They didn't know how the man got the kings seal, but he did and they had to obey it.
As Known, the royal families in the ancient times had deities they worship. Most of them made sacrifices to the gods they believed would bring peach and properties to their land. But as the world evolved, the royal families has kept most of the sculpture they worshipped in the palace.
They still practiced a few traditions left and didn't practice the ones they had forgotten. Though Noah didn't believe in those things, he had asked his sisters to pray to those things tonight. Noah had asked the guards to make sure they pray to the deity all night for forgiveness. They're not to leave until he wants them to.
After dropping his wife off, he made his way back into the palace and watched them from afar. Things wouldn't go this far if Beth had not confessed to having the thought of drugging his wife if other people didn't beat her to it.
Noah clicked his tongue. How hard can it be for people to accept that Anna is his wife and there's nothing they can do about it.
"Kneel and pray else you would never leave this place." One of the guard yelled at Beth, drawing his attention back to her. He watched her kneel before the old deity and started praying. After her long prayers, she was dragged back to the cold dungeon where she would spend the night.
Beth never imagined a punishment as this one. She doesn't deserve this, but her brother was already making her go through this all because of Anna.

As Noah left the palace finally, he recieved a call on his way back to the hotel. "Boss, what should we do with Mack Yong?" The voice from the other said. He had been the one placed to watch the man all morning, and all he has been was miserable. At some point Tom felt genuinely sorry for him but he knew his boss wouldn't just punish someone without a reason.
He must have done something terrible to be at the mercy of the notorious Noah Declan. A man who loved apology, but can never accept it. He would hunt you for the rest of your life if you ever fall in his bad books, that is why people try to be in his good books.
"I was thinking os keeping him in there for a few more days, I don't think I want him out right now." Noah said staring at the city before him. It was a beautiful view indeed, but whatever he was here to do was done and it was time to head back home.
For a few months, his wife would be occupied with so many works to do, especially the upcoming movie waiting for her. He sighed. He would have to get used to not seeing her all the time, especially when she has to leave the country.
Noah arrived in the hotel and stepped in. An image of him was already all over the internet, but the said image only showed his back. It would be first image of him that was online thanks to that rascal. He would get Damien, but at the right time.
As Noah took out his clothes, his hands touched a paper in his pocket and he stared at it. It is the seal of Crownsville, which meant power was still in his hands and he could do whatever he wanted as long as he possessed it. He chuckled. The him of before would have been more than excited with the seal. But right now...
His grey eyes followed the soft snor of the slender woman in his bed and he crawled to her side. He laid beside her and wrapped him arms around her. She's hard a very stressful day today and understood why she was sleeping so deeply.

When morning came by, Nari had just woken up from sleep, and according to her early morning routine, she quickly checked the top 1 trending topic and saw that it was Anna. She frowned.
"This bitch..." She muttered. Staring at Anna's picture. As Nari passed so many headlines, she came across one of the trending topics. "Prince Of Crownsville In A Brawl With A Stranger Over The New Diamond, Anna Sui.'
Nari frowned, not understanding the message. She read through the headline again with wide eyes. There's no way Anna has caught the attention of the prince of Crownsville. Just how many good men will she keep attracting to herself? While she Nari is stuck with Mack. And she doesn't even know where the hell the stupid man is at the moment.
