"Paul, Paul." Lola called till he opened his eyes, "What do we do, the car tyres have all been deflected?" She spoke hastily and Paul got up with a frown. When he followed them out, It was indeed true, someone had burst the car tyres, but who would dare do such?
He looked around but found no one around. "I'll go get someone to fix it immediately." Paul said quickly and was about to leave when Lola held him back.
"We don't have time for that Paul, Anna's already late for the show." She said staring at the time. Being late would immediately disqualify her from the show.
"You can use master Lionel's car, he would understand. I'll get the keys." Paul hurried back inside and got the keys from Lionel. When he got back, both ladies stepped inside the car and drove off. The paparazzi Nari had kept to take pictures of Anna with an unknown man took pictures of Anna and Paul, but he couldn't make up any negative story because Anna was not standing next to Paul.
It was Lola who was infact speaking and standing with Paul. So basically, they looked more like her workers than anyone else.
He was upset, but no picture is a waste, Anna is the trending topic at the moment, so his picture will still sell.
"Where do we go to first." To carpet closes at 6pm and then the competition starts, Lacey says she's already at the resort waiting for Anna so we'll get there first." Lola said staring at her phone. It was already 5:20 how are they meant to meet up.
When they arrived, Anna and Lola hurried out of the car and the guard already waiting for them escorted them in. Noah has placed the man through out the show, and he has done a wonderful job, he was only asked to leave last night since Noah was around.
"Welcome back madam, Lola."
"Good morning Bruce." Anna smiled at him, so did Lola who waved a goodbye at Paul as they all watched the man leave. They hurried inside without wasting more time to start Anna's preparation for the final night.
Anna wouldn't say she hasn't been nervous since morning, she has, but Noah's company kept her busy.
Paul was on his way to get someone to fix the car so that Noah and his family would attend the show tonight, when he got a message from Noah about Mack Yong with the Nari girl.
"Do you understand?" Noah asked.
"Yes sir." Paul answered. He went ahead to make a few phone calls and in no time, the people he called headed to the resort.

"What took you so long?" Lacey asked Anna when she finally saw her step in. Her glam process was meant to be an hour and thirty minutes, meaning Anna was meant to be in this room at at least 4:30, but she wasn't. She had tried calling her but both she and Lola were unreachable. After a while, she called Lola and it went through and here they are.
"I'm so sorry." Anna said.
"I hope you can keep up to time in the future." Lacey said and walked away. The woman in there dragged Anna to seat on the chair preserved for her as they started working on her face and body. They were all in a haste since they now has lesser time to prepare her for the carpet event.
The carpet event was already open as the other girls started appearing. Since there were only five girls left, they had invited the previous girls to attend the last show as well as known public figured too, they all dressed so beautifully for the last event of the night. Everyone was in attendance, except the disqualified girls who had left the show in shame. The world still shamed them for going against Anna, everyone's favorite.
They were all dressed like royalty, having different designs and attires. Most represented their cultures, others dresses according to what their designers wanted.
Ava and Nari arrived almost immediately and the camera men had their cameras rolling on them. Though they tried to avoid Nari, they still all took pictures of her. Either way, a picture of Nari Sui will sell.
Nari wore a nice purple dress embroider with little crystals scattered around it while Ava wore a beautiful black dress with silver linen. It was beautiful. They both looked majestic with little crowns on their head. And as both girls walked away, the moment of the night arrived and the crowd erupted.
Five minutes to the end of the carpet, Anna walked out of her dressing room and headed for the back door. She stepped into the limo already waiting for her. This time, there was no need for anyone fighting for the last position as it has already be given to Anna, courtesy of Lacey. She had asked for it because she wanted her dress to be seen.
As Anna's car arrived, the camera men at the entrance of the carpet rushed towards her. The fans that had paid to see her screamed and yelled for her while they waited outside. They all came from different part of the world to celebrate her victory tonight. No one needed to tell anyone she's the next diamond as it is already clear she would win the crown. Nothing or no one can take it away from her.
Mack who has just finished making a quick call stared at the screen when he heard loud voices. Everyone knew who it was for. The one and only Anna Sui. The one everyone loved. Anna was there in flesh and blood, looking as breathtaking as always.
"Miss Sui please come this way."
"Miss Sui look this way please."
"Miss Sui can we take a picture of you."
"Miss Sui please pose for us."
Anna started walking on the carpet with Lacey by her side, her breath catching as she smoothed the rich folds of her gown. The dress was a masterpiece, crafted from luxurious duchess satin in a deep sapphire blue that seemed to drink in the light. The fitted bodice clung to her curves, its off-the-shoulder neckline adorned with delicate gold embroidery and tiny, hand-sewn pearls that sparkled like stars.
The diamond crown on her head glittered with each light that flashed on it, absorbing the beautiful colours. She walked with confidence, like a true royalty that people started to question if she wasn't a royal herself. Everyone wanted to do a background check on her.
The skirt of the gown was, full and voluminous, spreading across the floor which had four men holding the end, creating a dramatic yet beautiful scene. It's almost like snow white being rescued by the four dwarfs, only that the men were of normal height and handsome.
As Anna moved on the bright red carpet, bright camera flashes exploded around her, illuminating the night and capturing every nuance of her stunning gown. Rows of photographers lined one side of the carpet, each vying for the perfect shot, while journalists and reporters eagerly awaited their turn to capture an interview with the night's most glamorous attendees.
Once Anna moved to the top of the stairs, the men let her dress fall to the stairs and it flowed down like the ocean, every one in attendance were in awe at how beautiful Anna's dress looked. One thing she would do is kill everyone on the red carpet. The way she walks, her pose, her aura, every red carpet event just reminds them why she's the queen of modelling.
Reporters swarmed her immediately as she walked, but Anna ignored them all as she walked away. Dealing with them this morning was already enough, she didn't want to say things she shouldn't say, so it's best she doesn't say anything at all.
Lacey took out the upper skirt of her dress and it was now being reduced to a normal mini dress as she walked back stage. When Nari saw her arrive, she had been genuinely shocked because she and Mack had deflected Noah's tyres so that Anna geta disqualified, but here she is. Like nothing happened before.
Nari could take anything, but not the fact that no matter what she plans, Anna is always ahead of her to dodge from it. She was tired of the catch and chase games they were quietly playing.
As Anna walked in there with Lola, her eyes met Mack standing with Nari, she had expected to be so angry at them, but she surprisingly felt nothing. She felt so neutral like nothing happened before.
"Hi Anna." Mack walked up to her. He wasn't here to be nice to his ex, he had come to mock her. His little connection tells him Nari will infact win the show tonight no matter the performances.
