She had been so busy during the week, seeing her aunt Martha cry every day as the Mongrel's family vets destroyed. Kate knows the only reason that man is yet to come for them is because they're the direct family of his wife.
Kate stepped out of the jet and walked into the black Van waiting for her. "Welcome Mrs Sui." Kate nodded at the chauffeur as she stepped in. Her assistant just sent a message now that the little interview she had released last night had brought in bad press and that the public were now against both she and Nari.
He also said a few investors have withdrawn their money because they do not trust her being in charge of the company. They all wanted the general back or someone else who can manage their company very well.
Kate clicked her tongue. They needed the public's support for Nari to win that crown, without it, they are all doomed.

"How is this dress?" Anna stepped out of the dresser in a new beautiful blue dress. She indeed looked like royalty, matching the theme of tonight's show. 'Regal Renaissance. (The Next Diamond)'This name evokes a sense of timeless elegance and royal sophistication, blending classic regal elements with a modern twist.
"Like a princess knocked out of a fairytale land." Lola responded and Anna smiled at her honest review.
"This is the least of the dresses I have in store for you. We have enough time today to try out everything." Lacey said with a smile.

Back in the resort, Chan walked both Nari and Ava out of the building as they went ahead to see the designer preparing their dresses. Chan had asked Lacey to dress both girls but the woman openly declined. She said she had another muse in mind, the one she had already signed a deal with.
"Come girls hurry we don't have all day, we should be in the fashion house at this time. Why did you two take so long to prepare?" She asked as they stepped inside the car. She was already aware of Kate's arrival and didn't want to tell the girls about it.
"There were reporters in the resort this morning." Ava said.
"So I heard." Chan nodded. She had heard it from Laura about certain reporters harassing Anna and accusing her of sleeping with married men, but when they got to Anna's room they found no one. Kate wondered who had tried to sabotage that girl just at the final stage, it seems they weren't the only ones out to get her.
Noah Declan has arrived last night, it's the first time she's set her eyes on that man or even a Declan. Like every other mother, she longed for a son in law like that, but even she knew that was far from her Ava.
Kate should have been so proud bee neice has caught such big fish, if not the biggest in the sea, yet she hates the girl so much. The Sui's and Declan's coming together would have made one big happy family, but Kate's greed wouldn't let her. She always knew her friendnwas jealous of Anna's mother and only she knew the reason why.
"But why would that be the reason for you two being late? Unless..." She turned to the two girl seating in the Van with their phones on their faces.
"Did you two plan it?" Chan asked staring at them.
"What do you expect, you want Anna to win the crown?" Ava asked her mother.
"Nari has already lost the crown, you both planning something against Anna will not change anything, it'll only make the public go harder for her." She raised her voice a little bit tried to calm down. It's time both girls accept that they have already lost. Whoever had brought up the news about Nari's past with Anna and the airport girls confessing Nari had sent them did Nari dirty.
She was already winning, People were already rooting for her. But everything just changed drastically and everyone turned in Anna's favour. Channel still suspects Anna was behind it.
"Don't be like that mother, Nari still has a chance." Ava said. One bad press from Anna would change everything automatically. It would turn the heart of the public against her, but how will they get it? The girl seems smarter than they all thought she was.
Though she still acts so naive, she wasn't at all. How did they not see that from the beginning.
"That's okay Ava, I'll find a way." Nari said as she texted a familiar someone. Someone she hasn't spoken to in a while. She had betrayed him before but she hopes he would help her now.
Mack smiled when he saw her text and called back immediately. "Hello my lost angel." Mack called. He had only dropped the mopping stick and bucket in the laundry room when he got her text. His life hasn't changed a lot, it only got worse, especially since he couldn't find the man Noah had captive. He has the man's son and had threaten the man that if he said anything he would kill his son.
But Mack felt like that was not enough. If only Nari had listened and they had stolen the Sui's money and run away with it. Their life would be better now. They can return when they have enough money to pay back.
If he ever is to go down, he's definitely dragging Kate and Nari with him.
"I need your help Mack." Nari said calmly, drawing the attention of Chan and Ava as both women wondered who she was talking to. She didn't mean to call Mack, but worse has definitely come to worse and she needs all the help she can get.
"I can only help you if you're my wife." Mack said nonchalantly.
