"What's the congratulations for if everyone Hates me?" She asked Lola who seemed happy about everything. Unlike Lola, Anna wasn't al all prepared for what was to come after this conference, she didn't want to go through everything she went through two years ago.
Nari had destroyed and humiliated her to the point she could no longer leave the mansion for more than a year. Yet, people never forgot or forgave her. It's like Nari's continuous presence in the media reminded everyone of her, no matter how silent she had gotten.
It was one of the reasons, she started drinking to at least ease the pain. But this time, it seems the hate for her had doubled or maybe it even tripled.
"Isn't that what you wanted?" Lola asked surprised Anna didn't like the outcome. They had explained everything to her and thought she understood what was coming.
"I didn't ask for the whole world hating me."
"But if they don't hate you how will they love you?" Lola asked.
"People can love people without hating them first." Anna rolled her eyes.
"Miss Sui, your popularity has just grown to 200% which is the highest for any model worldwide. That is a good thing in my opinion. You cannot always change the public's perception about you, but you can always milk it to your own advantage." Lola started.
The increase in her popularity wasn't worth celebrating if it was for the wrong thing. Yes she was the most talked about, but it wasn't for a good thing. People are cussing out her and her family, placing curses on them.
"By the way we have the photos and videos you asked for. Which also includes the last call Mr Yong made threatening to destroy you if you left him." Lola reminded and Anna nodded.
"When do you want us to reveal it to the press?" Lola asked.
"Now's not the time, both people are yet to respond to me, until they do, we cannot post anything. They'll debunk it as always and people will call me desperate and an attention seeking bitch."
Anna had forgotten this was only the first stage of their plan. This is the first stage of Mack and Nari's destruction. She just didn't think everything will happen within a span of days, but she owed that to Noah. He's the most supportive husband anyone can as of. Although she had no idea why he had avoided her earlier.
As they were about to step out of the building Lola suddenly spoke, "Miss Sui, you have a meeting with the president of Linco." Lola said.
"Right now?" Anna asked and her new assistant nodded. Everything happening here has been Lola's idea all along. Though still young, Lola was a smart woman and she would make a great manager in the future.
"No in an hour. Let's get you ready." At Anna's words Lola led her to her green room.

In the conference room where the board of directors were already seated and waiting for the president of the new found company to arrive.
Today's press conference was to determine the success of their new company, but it seems it wasn't in their favour as everyone hated their top model/influencer.
Anna will bring downfall to their new found company if she's announced tonight as the top model and face of the company. Especially with their company just starting.
They warned Noah when he brought that woman up. There was a reason why all of the entertainment agencies stay away from her because of the bad press she brought. She already had a bad record in the public eye, and right now this conference has made it worse.
As the board of directors all whispered something to themselves, the large door to the conference room flew open and Noah stepped in.
Everyone stopped talking and sealed their lips at the sight of the figure walking in. Even if they all had an opinion regarding the issue at hand, they dare not speak.
Noah walked to the head of the table, his presence filling the entire room. His gaze was cold and his expression as indifferent as always. He walked majestically till he was seating on his seat.
The meeting began as conversation and opinions flew from side of the room to another. Everyone had something to say and Noah could understand their fears. After everything that happened earlier and with the public's opinion about his wife right now, he understood why they want her out of the company.
"What is your opinion on this Mr Declan." One of the men named Dack asked Noah after noticing the man has been silent through out the meeting, paying attention to them but not contributing anything.
Noah didn't have much to contribute, he just wanted to be sure his wife knew what she was doing. He was curious to see how she would come out of it without his help. He could easily redeem her name and make everyone love her again in less than an hour, but he wanted to see what she would do herself.
Noah was too focused on Anna that he had not heard the man ask anything. He suddenly said.
"We will not changed anything we have planned. Everything will still go as planned. Anna Sui will still be the face of the company and the top model." Noah said.
"How is that possible Mr Declan. Can you not see the news online. People hate her, why would we make a woman with such bad reputation the face of a new company?"
"Yes, Mr Rogers is right Noah. You're a business tycoon. One of the most prominent business men in the world and I know you know your decision is... Stupid." An elderly man among them said hesitantly.
"This conversation is not up for debate, I'll relay a message to you all of there are changes I want. But for now, everything has to go according to the plan." At his words Noah stepped out of the conference room.
The elderly man among the board of directors clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Who even made this man president in the first place?" He rose from where he sat and stepped out of the room. And soon, the others left the room one after another.
