Evelyn Declan was more than happy her son was back. Though he hasn't stated the reason for suddenly coming back, she was still happy to see he was okay.
"Uh, these people are just mere influencers to be causing so much trouble on the net." Elizabeth complained finally dropping her phone.
"Yeah I saw the news too." Cara stated.
"What news is that?" Evelyn asked placing her napkin on her thighs.
"Just a girl named Anna Sui or so, she's returning to the net after two whole years." Beth said rolling her eyes, and the nonchalant Noah finally looked up at her.
"How did she get so much press for just announcing her return. Like it's not that big of a deal." Cara stated.
"That's none of our business dear. Those people are not our business. They're not even on our level so why discuss them?" Evelyn stated.
"Mother's right. They are not what they claim to be anyways. Just a bunch of nobodies who sleep around with wealthy men for money and fame." Cara stated the obvious. What these Influencers do was out of these world.
"No Cara, Anna Sui is actually from a wealthy family. I would also love to meet her someday." Beth smiled.
"She's my new model that's why she has such press. Linco is officially opening today and introducing new models and social media Influencers. Anna Sui is a partner in the company." Noah suddenly said and everyone turned to look at him.
He was one that didn't concern himself with whatever they said on the table, it was surprising he was speaking up for these woman.
"You shouldn't speak bad of people. Especially the ones you don't know about." Cara pursed her lips. She didn't think through before speaking. The last thing she wanted was her image being ruined before this man.
"And you." He turned to Beth, "You're not allowed to see or be close to her." Beth rolled her eyes at her brother's words. Like he could stop her if she wanted to.
"She's just a model Noah, she isn't God."
"Mine. My model, and I don't want you close to her." He stated. Elder Vincent who had been eating quietly until now smiled and choked on his food. A maid standing by the side quickly pat his back and Lionel passed him a glass of water, but he pushed his son's cup away as he was still angry at him.
He picked another glass and drank the water.
Lionel ignored his father and smiled at his son's possessiveness over his woman, he has been through similar things before. Only that he wasn't man enough to keep the woman he loved. He hoped Noah will not make the same mistake he made before.
"You're acting like she's some precious stone. I hope all there is between both of you is work Noah."
"Else, what?" Noah drank his water. It's been so long he taunted his sister and he wouldn't mind doing it now.
"You're sleeping with that used woman? That's gross."
"You should try finding a decent man for yourself first, so that you don't return home sad every night like last night." Beth frowned at his words.
"Daniel isn't a bad person. It was only a misunderstanding." She yelled.
"A misunderstanding that he dumped you?" He smiled and received a glare from Beth. She thought he was changed now and wouldn't taunt her, but here they were. He was mocking her pain.
"Your brother's right Beth. Stay away from her, she's not your business." Lionel stated.
"By the way you are all invited to Linco's grand opening ball tonight." Noah announced.
"You never said you were opening an entertainment company." Elizabeth wasn't at all pleased at her son's words. She had only discovered years back that she knew nothing about her son.
When her friends bragged about their son's achievements, she had nothing to say about Noah except the fact that he's a business man.
Who knew Noah owned the the number one entertainment company in the world?
"Since when have I told you my business?" Noah dabbed his napkin on his lips and rose from where he sat.
"You're leaving already?" Cara asked staring at her mother in law. She didn't like the way Noah defended that model woman. He has never defended anyone like that before.
"Noah I have something to tell you son." Evelyn hurriedly said.
"I don't have time when I get back." Noah said without looking their way as he found his way out of the room.
"You're coming back home tonight?" Evelyn asked and her son who just waved his hands before leaving.
"What does that even mean?" Cara murmured. She has been doing everything for this man to notice her for years, yet each time he barely even notice her. And before her now, he's defending another woman.
Last night she thought there was progress because he talked to her. But this morning he didn't even spare her a glance and just reprimanded her when she spoke.

At 10am, inside Linco hall, all of the reporters from all over the country were present, waiting for Anna to step out. The news of her finally breaking her silence, announced by her team early this morning had brought the internet in shambles.
They had lots of questions to ask. Anna has been away from the internet for two whole years and then all of a sudden she was returning.
Where have she been all this years?
Was she still friends with Nari?
They wanted to know why she made that post before she left. Though for two years now, no one has heard anything negative about her, and then all of a sudden the video about her Intimidating Nari was suddenly trending online.
Not to forget, her relationship with Mack doesn't seem like it used to be anymore. And Mack had done an interview a few days ago saying their relationship was over but he was willing to accept her back.
There were lot's of questions that needed to be answered and they were glad they were here today to get their answers.
At 12pm, Anna arrived in the hall in the black dress Lola provided for her, with her bodyguards and the crowd erupted. There were gasp and wows flying from one end of the hall to the other.
"It's Anna Sui!
"Oh my gosh it's really her!
"She's as beautiful as always!
As she stood at the podium, vibrant flashes of camera bathed her face. Everyone fought to be the first to ask questions.
