I ignored the pain and curiously ran to the door to listen.
"Lily,let go of me!That worthless girl.The buyer is willing to pay$100,000 for her.She must be sold,"that rough voice was obviously Mark's.
But who was the"worthless girl"he was talking about?
Could it be Lily's only ten-year-old daughter,Annie?
Thinking of this,I felt a sudden sense of fear.

After selling Annie,Mark and Jack feasted every day.

After a few days of adjustment,Lily seemed to have returned to normal.However,I could see that she looked more and more haggard and seemed to have aged several years.
I knew that although she pretended not to care on the surface,she still cared deeply in her heart.
I pretended to ask casually:"Sister,it seems that big brother has a lot of money now.He must have given you some too,right?"
