"Xavier!" the others joined me
"Royalty put down the gun." I said to her softly keeping my gun at Cardinal's head as he winced in pain.
"BITCH!!" he yelled at her
"Royalty, drop the gun baby. Don't do it." I tried to reason with her knowing that she was freaking out.
She looked at me as her hands shook. She was freaking out and in shock that she was almost shot dead. I looked at her softly and held out my hand to her.
"Drop it baby. Don't." I softly told her and she hesitated for a while before dropping the gun "Come."
She took a small step before running down the stairs and into my arms crying. I kissed her forehead as she buried herself in my chest crying. I hugged her tightly breathing a sigh of relief.
"It's alright baby. He won't hurt you. You're safe now." I held her and buried my nose in her hair and closed my eyes.
"Don't forget I'm still here." Cardinal laughed wicked and I handed Royalty over to Geovanni while Jianan and Alex pointed their guns at Cardinal. Cardinal pointed his gun at me.
I don't want to do this. I really don't but he's pushing my limits.
"I'll kill you. You'll join your parents in the grave Arivonese." He went on hysterically as he laughed and I saw a shadow creeping up behind him
Damanico came into view with a gun in his hand and he pressed it into the back of Cardinal's head.
"You don't learn uncle." Damanico said "You kill those who try to help you and try to kill those who are innocent and those who get in your way. You destroyed the family which tried to help you. You killed Jennifer after taking advantage of her condition. Do you think you deserve to live? It's time you rest."
"You won't dare Damanico." Cardinal didn't move and he looked up at the sky
"I'm sorry." Damanico pulled the trigger three times and Royalty screamed.
Cardinal's sat frozen as he looked down at his arms and legs which were all shot and his blood stained the wooden steps.
"Goodbye uncle." he bent down and looked his uncle in the eyes when Rocco appeared behind him "You've raised me as a child and thought me who to be who I am but because of you I've lost family who meant the world to me. It's about time you learned what it's like to lose everything."
I let out a sigh of relief and ran my fingers through my hair when suddenly sirens broke the silence.
"You're theirs now." Damanico brushed passed his uncle and walked down the stairs before turning to Royalty
"Let's go princess. You've got a birthday to celebrate." he smiled
Royalty looked confused for a while then went shocked.
"It's already my birthday?" she asked
"You've forgotten your birthday?" Jianan asked in disbelief
"With all the drama and excitement I sort of." she admitted guiltily
"We'll let's go home and celebrate then." I took hold of her hand "The both of us have a lot to sort out."
"Yes we do." she squeezed my hand and smiled at me "It's been eight years since I've met you again. Why didn't you come a look for me in Miami?"
I stopped.
"We've met as kids, right?" I asked
"The kids from across the street." she smiled "I still have that toy car."
I laughed.
"Bunny." I teased her and she giggled "Let's go home."
"Yes. It's cold out here and I'm in a shirt alone."
"Don't bend over and you'll be fine."
"Believe me I wasn't dreaming of doing that."
He pulled away leaving a centimeter between our lips and intense heat between us.
"I love you so much." he looked into my eyes "Don't you ever doubt that for a second."
"I won't." I replied as I was lying under him on the bed "Make love to me Xavier. There's nothing to talk about as we both know how we feel about each other."
This wasn't supposed to happen like this but it did. We were actually talking in his room on his bed when we suddenly starting kissing and that lead to making out and now he was on top of me on the bed and I wanted him.
"I don't want to be your first." he shook his head "After all that I put you through, I don't deserve that first shot."
"I won't do it with anyone else but you." I stated "I want you to be the first. I want to lose it to you."
He looked at me for a while and then leaned down.
"Il vostro desiderio é il mio commando." he softly bit my bottom lip
"English baby." I giggled
"Your wish is my command." he translated
"Then make me a woman." I kissed him and he smiled against my lips and pinned me down on the bed.
"Relax baby. I'll be gentle." he assured me
"Ok." I nodded feeling nervous and excited at the same time.
He leaned a little to the side and bit my neck softly. I shivered from his bite as his lips made contact with my tender skin. His lips felt good on my skin and he sucked me hard on the spot he was biting making me gasp.
He's going to give me a hickey if he sucks so hard.
I moaned when he bit me one last time. He smiled against my tender flesh and pulled away as he trailed his finger over the hickey he just gave me.
"That's the mark that says your mine." he breathed lines down the side of my neck and I arched slowly under him and gripped his arms.
