Chapter 444 THE NEW GIRL

To her, Kate is no longer a member of her family, and it's only a little time before she puts her in her place.
Anna, now seated in her mansion was going through a magazine when her phone rang. She checked the caller and picked it up.
"What is it Lola?" She asked.
"Tomorrow's the first audition for the movie, you have to be there as their guest actress." She said.
Since Anna was now pregnant, her entertainment company had given her an outstanding side role while the lead role will be open for auditioning. Anna had initially gotten that spot, but acting this movie might take 6 months to a years to finish, by then, her baby bump might be huge that she might never be able to attend any press conference for it.
"I'll be there Lola, anything else."
"There's a football match today. It is Summerlane's biggest match with the two strongest teams playing." Anna rolled her eyes. She was the least interested in footballs so why would she attend?
"So?"
"So... That's the spot they have chosen for your next photo shoot..."
"Decline." Anna quickly said. She has better things to do than being dressed as a cheerleader for some football game.
"Anna, I'm afraid that's not possible." Lola said this time. The company had specifically chosen Anna and even if Lola had declined before, they only increased their payment.
"You can easily find another model for the job Lola." Anna said.
"Anna you know in the next few months you won't be able to do anything. You need as much gig as you can get. Plus they're paying good amount for it. Why not just do a few pose and go, you know your fans will buy those items." Lola tried to convince her. Anna sighed.
"Alright, what time are we leaving?" She asked.
"In an hour, I've sent Ashley over to prepare you." Lola smiled. At least the stubborn Anna has agreed to this one.
"Who's that and where are you going to?" Noah asked from behind and Anna smiled. He was already dressed in a red shirt representing one of the teams playing today.
"Lola. She reminded me of work at the football stadium today." Anna said lazily.
"Really, I was about to watch that, it starts in an hour." Noah said casually. Anna couldn't believe it, but then majority of the people who loves footballs are men so she wouldn't mind. At least Noah doesn't pester her with it.
"I can take you there." Noah offered and she agreed. Him being there with her would make her more comfortable, plus it's not like he would let her go alone anyways.
It wasn't long before Ashley arrived with his make up team. They started Anna's makeup and was done in 30mins. She wore her dress and of course her diamond crown which she would be wearing for like five years.
Once she was done, she left with Noah to the stadium. They arrived at the stadium five minutes to the shooting time. The director who had been eager to see and work with Anna Sui suddenly frowned when he saw a man walk in with her.
"Mrs Sui." He greeted.
"Director Wang, it is so nice to meet you." Anna shook him. The man extended his hands to Noah but the aloof man didn't take it. He just stared at the man quietly.
"Uhh, I guess your guard isn't friendly at all." He smiled. Since Noah humiliated him, he wanted to return the favour.
Once they arrived, Lola who was already there took them to the VVIP sector where they could stay.
It is also where Anna would take some photos before heading to the field. The company who hired her has already hired a sector of the field for their use.
Their make up team took Anna to the dressing room to change. Her first outfit was a vest and short representing the winning team. They also gave her a ball to hold while she posed.
She finished the first, second and third photoshoot in no time. Acting the character in every photoshoot was not a problem for her, she could body any pose at any time.
After her photoshoot, Anna stayed back at the the field till the match was over, all thanks to her hubby who enjoyed the match. A hobby she didn't know he liked. All Anna could do was force herself to watch the same match with him.
On their way out of the VVIP section, Noah wore his wife his jacket preventing her from cold as he helped her out of the stadium when they heard, "Noah."
A soft feminine voice called from behind and both people turned to look at who it was.
It was a girl, probably younger or the same age as Anna. She looked beautiful, with bright hazel eyes. Her black hair flowed to her back beautifully.
One look and you'll think she's a big movie star or celebrity. No one is supposed to recognize Noah Declan, unless you're a close aquaintance.
Anna was aware of Noah's past life and how he had no women involved with him, so who is this girl?
"Imelda?" Noah called.

"I don't think she's the one doing it." Nari interjected as she sat across the empty sofa of the little mansion they lived in. Kate had given her hundred million for Nari's sake. Even if she had made Noah accept to help out, Anna still twisted everything to them.
"But the news was gone in days." Mack said.
"Are they that poor that Anna would rub is off hundred million?" Kate asked, she was mad that the money she had gathered for days was now given to taken away from her because of Nari.
"I doubt, she's just doing it to punish us all." Mack responded.
"But why would she do that?" Nari asked this time.
"Isn't obvious?" Mack asked confidently. "Because of me." He continued to receive a glare from Nari.
"Remember you said Anna said you would have to pay a price to see me again, and since she had released me without getting anything from you, she decides to use that." Nari and Kate saw sense in whatever nonsense Mack was talking about.
Both women frowned at his words. That must be it. Because Anna has no reason to suddenly attack them and try to steal everything they own.
"I'll take back that money, one way or another." Kate declared.

The next day when Anna woke up, she was greeted by series of messages.
"Miss 'Imelda' had returned to Summerlane."
"Queen of the south is back. She's truly back."
She squeezed cleaned her sleepy eyes with the back of her hands as she stared at the messages. "Queen of south?" She murmured staring at the images of the person. It was none other than the girl they had seen at the football games yesterday.
The girl Noah had addressed to be Imelda and even if she asked him countless times about who the girl was, he told her it wasn't important.
Did he really think she would believe that lies?
She knew something was up, but she just couldn't put her fingers around it.
Harlow quickly searched about the new girl who even if had done nothing already has a strong hold on her marriage. Never have she been so jealous in her life.
As quickly as she searched, Imelda's picture were shown. It turns out she's everything in one. An actress, a model and a musician. She had dominated all fields in the past but only decided to do one over the recent years which was singing.
"Good morning." She quickly turned off her phone at the sound of Noah's voice. Noah got back on the bed, he hugged his wife from behind and planted soft kisses on her nape and shoulders. But Anna was not in the mood for his kisses. She wanted to know about something else.
There's no way Imelda could have just returned. Did her husband ever date the girl before?
"I want to be with you for the rest of the day." He said still kissing her but the jealous woman beside him didn't feel like staying close to him anymore. She needed answers, and she would get them in anyway she could.
"That woman at the games yesterday." Noah suddenly stopped kissing her as he raised his head to look at her.
"I told you not to worry about her. She's nothing." He said.
"No one knows who you are in Summerlane, so how did she identify you immediately?"
