If she knew Bean's words were not true, she would never have rested till she found her Aunt. Noah Grace is dead. She had been brutally murdered.
"She killed them didn't she, she finally killed my aunt Grace and grandpa." Anna concluded and cried more into her hubby's arms. She would never forgive Kate for killing Grace is she did. She would fight Kate to the ends of the world and make sure justic is served. That's the reason she had refused to stay back.
Anna was crying like a baby now. Even if the tears in her eyes were dried already, she still let out her dry cry. She was broken, and Noah couldn't stand to see her this way. He squeezed the seat and patted her back gently as he tried to console her.
"That's okay, you'll fall sick if you continue like this." He said gently trying to calm her down at least before breaking the news to her. Maybe if he tells her she would stop crying. He sighed. He should have told her before the news went around.
Before Noah, she's Anna, the innocent and sweet wife that needs all the pampering in the world. He's the only person that has allowed her be Anna and Anna Sui.
"S... She didn't kill them." For the first time in his life, Noah was found shaking. His wife is the only woman that can make him react this way. She could decide to divorce him tonight because of his stupid mistake and then whatever shall he do? He would never sleep or rest knowing his wife is upset with him.
"Where they really kidnapped? Was it misinformation." Anna stared at him with those innocent eyes and the man beneath her couldn't hold his tongue anymore.
"I'm sorry I couldn't tell you before hand. I feel so bad to have stressed you and the babies."
*One second gone...*
*Two*
*Three*...
"What?" Anna barked and passed out immediately. She was exhausted already from all of the cries and stress. She didn't get to eat anything because she didn't have the appetite to. She had thought her aunt was death, she thought the world had come to an end. Life made no sense anymore.
When Anna woke up the next morning, she was greeted by the beeping sounds coming from the room. She tried to sit up in bed, "Don't stress too much, I'm here to help". On hearing that deep voice, the memories of the previous night came rushing to her immediately.
Noah had hidden the truth from her, he made her cry the whole day only to tell her the truth at night. But what truth did he want to tell her because her brain couldn't take it anymore? She had been so exhausted and just when he was about to tell her, she passed out.
To Anna he apologized because he had gotten the wrong information from Bean and now her aunt was dead. That's the reason she had passed out, because she thought she could do more.
"Are they really dead Noah?" Anna asked. She wanted to be sure and be done with the whole situation.
"Now today..."
"Please Noah, I promise I won't cry anymore." His grey eyes met her blue ones.
"You won't even get mad at me if I tell you the truth?" Noah asked to see the naive woman shake her head.
"You promise?" She nodded at his words.
"Kate had Grace but she didn't kill her that is why I told you not to waste your time crying." Noah briefed. Anna who still didn't get what he meant licked her dried lips as she stared at him.
"But are they really... Dead?" She asked.
"No, your aunt and grandfather are very much alive. They're only recovering. It's a good thing I found them at the menta..." Anna passed out again.
By the time she woke up again, it was already so bright. The entire Declan family were in her room, including all of the doctors available in Summerlane. Noah had hired all of them to check on his wife and child.
"You're awake Anna?" Evelyn called when she saw Anna open her eyes. She had actually been in Noah's mansion the whole night with Beth. When Noah returned with his unconscious wife the first time, he had seen his mother and sister in his mansion waiting for him. They couldn't leave Anna all alone, they both said they had arrived to help Anna.
Both woman has been shocked to see him bring her back in an ambulance. She was unconscious and Noah looked shaken.
The moment Anna set her eyes on Noah again, she picked the pillow from her side and used it against him.
"Anna!"
"I don't want to see him or speak to him mother." She yelled. It's the first time they would see them fight this hard and the family knew it was for something serious.
"I'm sorry."
"I told you not to hide things from me Noah, our children's life were at stake." She yelled.
"Mrs Declan please take it easy. The babies are so strong, but your body is weak for such exercise." The doctor's surrounded her and stopped her from throwing more pillows.
"I want to be anywhere but close to him. I don't even want to see him." She had cried her heart out for two people that weren't even dead. If only Noah had told her from the start.
"Anna please calm down, I'm sure you two can handle whatever differences you have now." Evelyn said.
"We are not, we're getting a divorce." Anna declared. Noah who just heard this almost rolled his eyes back into his head. It's another bad habit this woman had thought him since her arrival.
He knew this would happen. He could already predict all of her move. She has every right to be mad at him, but divorce?
