Chapter 418 MISSING FROM THE MENTAL ASYLUM 2

"Ma'am, they aren't alone, it was discovered that they both eloped with several other people. We don't know how, but so far we've been able to recover a few patients. We promise to find them as soon as possible ma'am Nari." The nurse at the other end said. It had been chaotic for them, and the funny thing is, they haven't been able to find traces of both Kate and the general.
They have no idea where those two must have disappeared to. Things like this happen. Most times other patient get to kill others they don't like, but it would have been better if Grace and the general weren't both from reputable families. Matters like this could be quietly resolved and pushed aside as both people would be considered dead. But Kate would never let them off the hook, especially after the insults from the doctor.
"You better find them else you'll face the consequences from my mother. You know how dangerous she gets. You don't want to get into trouble with her." Nari warned. She was just about to have fun with Grace. She was about to teach that old fool a lesson. And now she has to be missing.
It's not like Nari cared about her we're about, she didn't even mind if the woman was killed. The lesser the family members, the more easy it would be for her and Mack to finally steal everything the Sui's own like they planned. They had everything planned out, I fact the act between she and Mack had been planned.
Mack can never leave her, it's just a ploy to decieve Kate and make her think they're both on her side. They can never side with the Sui's, not after everything they've done to them.
"Is everything okay Nari, we heard noises?" Kate walked in and Nari quickly hung up. She turned to Kate with teary eyes, "Mother."
"Aunt Grace and the General are missing from the mental asylum." Kate frowned at the information. That was impossible. The mental asylum even if it was hidden, she was promised it's the best place to be. She wasn't done with her family for them to be missing yet. How would she find them, what if they expose her.
"What are you talking about?" Kate asked staring at Mack who was equally surprised by their claim. Just how much evil have this people done? There was a mental asylum included in their plan too?
He was impressed with Nari. When she said she was going to destroy the Sui's, he never thought she would go to the extreme. Locking the General and his sensible daughter up is the best decision. But what good is that when they have lost all of the money they had?
Stealing Anna's inheritance would be the biggest and final battle even for them, because they'll be going against Noah Declan and Anna herself. Without Noah, Anna would be as easy to take down as any other person. But with Noah, it would be almost impossible.
"Oh my God, what do we do. We cannot afford that now, what would people say if they find my sister and father roaming around the street like mad people." Kate panicked. This is not the trouble she planned for herself. All of these trouble cannot keep coming when she's broke.
"Calm down mother. The hospital said there's no trace of them leaving the asylum.' Nari tried to explain.
"What is that supposed to do, make me feel better?" Kate yelled.
"It means two things according to the doctor. It means they're both missing in the asylum or hiding somewhere. Or they have both been killed by the other patients." Nari explained.
"Thought I would prefer the second option as it would save us the stress anyway. We would have gone with that option in the first..." The heavy slap on Nari's cheek made her to stop speaking immediately as she held her cheek.
"Mother, you hit me again." She yelled.
"And I'll do it over and over again if I have to. How dare you wish death on my family. Don't forget they gave you the life you have." Kate yelled at her. Even if she has made crazy decisions in life, even if she's been the pioneer of the whole family destruction thing, she still didn't have the heart to actually end her family. Especially Grace.
She may hate everyone else, but she loved Grace more than anything. If only her sister would just side and support when she needed her to.
"She isn't wrong Kate. Your family is as good as dead. As much we don't want that, they have been dead from the first day they arrived in that asylum. They're both mad people now, just Incase they find them, I think it's time we take matters into our own hands to avoid these kind of mistakes." Mack spoke out for his wife this time. He didn't appreciate Kate raising her hands on Nari.
Kate had nothing to say as she broke down in tears. She couldn't believe it would come down to this. She felt so hopeless. She would gladly kill her father over and over again if she has to, but she couldn't touch Grace.
"We'll need to visit the asylum tomorrow to speak to the doctors and arrange everything. Let us hope, it isn't as serious as we think it is." Mack said calmly.
"Nari, please take mother to her room, she needs time to process all of these." Mack suggested and Nari quickly understood and took the elderly woman away. In just two weeks, she has turned so old and ugly because of how stressful her life has been. Kate's life has been chaotic and hell, she had no idea who was attacking her, and even if she has no money, her problem seems to be arising.
The problem only she had placed herself into. Since it was evening already, Kate stayed locked in her bedroom all night as she thought about Mack's offer. He isn't wrong at all, she was already in this, right now, all she needs was to be strong and to cover up her tracks.
If Grace and her father has really escaped, where could both people go?
It's a good thing she already announced them being missing. Since they're both mad now, denying whatever accusations Grace would lay on her would be easy. No one would believe her words anyways. Kate finally calmed down after her plans. She would have to do what Mack has asked of her...
