"So why are they collecting it?" The woman asked. At this time, the reporters who had stylishly disguised themselves to be normal reporters were already stationed and waiting for the actual news. They had seen Nari walk into the managers office earlier and they haven't seen her step out.
"That's because even if the items we're gifted, they aren't paid for yet. This is not a charity organization ma'am, every item in here is from the best sellers in the world and is not to be gifted out." Ma's words were enough to tell the people what they wanted to here.
"Ha hahaha." A woman among the rest laugh. "Celebrities and their fakeness. Nari Sui was here to humiliate us and pretend like she was gifting us for likes and views?" She asked and the others started agreeing with her words one after another.
"This is why you should never believe whatever you see online about this people. They're all fake and live the worst life." She continued.
Ma ordered his security to escort Nari and her manager out of the mall before the people in there. As they left, "I hope this is a warning to you miss Nari. For the damages you cost to us today, wed shall meet in court." Nari bent her face from the cameras of the people that took photos of her. This would be another embarrassing subject for weeks if nothing is done about it.
But how will something be done when she has no money to wipe it away? They are broke right now.
The crowd soon started to disappear slowly, but the internet was already on fire at what had happened. Everyone talked about the news of Nari Sui being broke, coupled with the Sui's bankruptcy statement. They now believed that in truth, the Sui's have actually gone bankrupt.
Nari couldn't eat or sleep all night knowing she has turned into an object of mockery. Everything she had planned for Anna has come back to bite her in ten folds. And to make matters worse, they were all true.
She had been live when she started gifting those children in the mall, she thought she was doing something big, but her deeds have come back to bite her.
As she sat in the dinning room with her mother, her mind drifted to a lot of things, one of them being Kate and the general they had both sent to the mental asylum a week ago. She stared at her mother who also looked lost in her thoughts. The clock was ticking and Kate haven't come up with half the dowry the royal family sent to them.
One thing people should never do is mess with queen Elizabeth. Only one man was able to achieve that and that is because he's sly and cunning in everything he does. It's the reason Elizabeth likes him like her own, he reminds her of herself a lot.
"What do we do with the mad people now?" Nari asked. She had no idea the royal family had sent a seal to her mother. If she knew, she would never sit and discuss with her.
"The doctor called and said every treatment would be stopped for now." Kate sighed. Stopping treatment for Grace or her grandfather was the least of her problem, all she wanted was to settle her debt with the royal family so that they could fucking leave her alone. Grace and her father could die for all she cares.
"But they haven't even stayed for that long to stop their treatment." Nari complained. The same thing happened with her family and they almost turned sane again.
While growing up, due to how Anna's family were rich and wealthy, Nari hated her family and wished everyday she was not a part of their lives. But it's only so much wishes can do, she knew is she wanted her wishes to come true she had to so something about it.
She loved Anna's live. She wanted to be Anna so badly. She wanted to have everything Anna owns. She wanted to live like Anna.
When she met Mack and started having money on her own, her family were the first thing she eliminated in other to go to the city. She has left that past behind for years, taking Grace back to that asylum made her remember what her life used to be like.
That day, she had no checked on her mother and family because Kate was with her. But she would need to visit them. After all, they're her family and she spends a lot of money for their upkeeps. She regrets treating them that way, but as a child, there was nothing she could do.
Her family members can no longer live normal lives anymore, and she's very much aware of them. They have been on antipsychotics and stimulants for years now. She doubt they even remember who she is anymore.
"What is my business with that? They can do whatever they want with them for all I care Nari. I have important things to worry about, not two abnormal people." Kate clicked her tongue. She was in deep trouble and Nari was talking about stopping drugs for two mad people.
It was all her fault. Maybe she should have thought of her plan to ruin Anna through again. She thought she had everything under control and could cause confusion between Anna and Noah, but she had been wrong. It's unfortunate Noah loves her neice so much. It's so clear now.
"Then I'll so visit them and see how they're doing." Nari declared. She wanted to see her family too, she could use this as an excuse to do so.
