A long cold bath would be needed, but not with this man in the bathroom with her. She would die if she sees him bare today. Anna quickly placed her robe on her body and rushed into the bathroom, luckily Noah didn't follow her in and she started bathing.
After the long bath of mysery and pain, she finally walked out of the bathroom to see Noah on the bed with his computer. He seemed to have a little work to do. She walked past him and went to the closet to get dressed. In the process of getting dressed her phone rang, it was Lola on the line.
"Lola."
"Anna, Lee have pushed the the meeting to today and has initiated a new contract with you. He said you need to be available at 4pm for the new contract signing to avoid every legal action and media involvement in the matter." Anna frowned at her words.
She couldn't tell why Mr Lee was hellbent on frustrating her. He wants her back so badly to JK entertainment but forgot he was the same man that has refused to rehire her when she wanted to be back. Luckily she has all evidence against him.
If he's thinking he can use the media to fight her, then he must think again. She isn't the same Anna that didn't know how to manipulate the media. This time they will definitely be on her side and he would automatically lose the case once she has a strong backing from the public.
Anna took a deep breath to calm her nerves. "Tell Lee I will not be available today. I'll fix a date for our meeting." Anna said shocking Lola. JK needed her not the other way around. Gone are the days she was desperate for an entertainment company, she's now on top and will never settle for less.
With the evidence she has against JK and Mr Lee, they would have to meet to her demands rather than managing her directly.
"Wouldn't that be a bad idea Anna. That man is ready to ruin your image?" Lola asked already forgetting so soon Anna Sui is married to the richest man in the world right now. There's no way anyone would dare defile her. Her marriage to Noah is like a green card to do whatever she wants without mercy.
"You don't have to worry too much Lola. I can handle Lee." Anna said and hung up. She took in another deep breath and started dressing up again. She wore Noah's shirt, tied her hair into a messy bun and applied her cologne. Nice scent has always been her obsession since a child, that's why she smells so nice no matter what.
Since she had nothing to do for the rest of the day, she wanted to spend her day doing other things.
When Anna got back into their bedroom, she couldn't find Noah in the room anymore. His laptop was placed on his bedside table, including some paper attachments. His side of the bed was a little scattered, showing he was there, but where did he go?
Did he step out a little, or did he go to take his bath? Still in her thoughts, Anna felt something pull her up from the ground. Noah's strong arms wrapped around his wife as he carried her to the bed.
"Hmm, you smell so nice." He murmured. She had applied his favorite fragrance to impress him. She couldn't remember the last time she had spent good time with Noah since she recovered.
"Noah." Anna called when her bottom touched the surface of the soft mattress.
"Hmm." His nose remained on her neck as he inhaled her scent. She tried to push him off her body but couldn't. Anna didn't want to feel what she had felt before, knowing how hard it took for her to put her want to sleep.
"You said you had something to show me?" She asked, trying to get her mind off of what he was doing.
"I do." Noah said passing the file in his hands to her.
"What is this?" Anna asked staring at the hip of document which looked so familiar because it has her grandfather's writing on it.
"Your grandfather's last wish for you when he dies. The old man made a good decision to keep his lawyer hidden from all of you."

THE SHEN'S WEDDING
It was evening already and the guest had already started to leave the Shen's mansion one after another. Shen had seen his daughter off to her new husband's home and was still recieving the little guest in his mansion when his phone rang.
Today was meant to be one of the happiest days of his life, but how can a broke man be happy. He couldn't forget the words that left Anna's lips the night before. The girl has grown so much wings to have insulted him the way she did.
He would never forgive her for what she had said. He only hopes she didn't remember anything as she had fainted in thereast night. But if she did remember anything Noah would have disrupted the wedding by now. Why did he take his wife away so quietly?
Shen stared at the number interrupting his thoughts and frowned. What did this useless boy want right now? The last news he needed is that his company has been destroyed finally and that he no longer has anything to his name anymore.
Noah has destroyed everything he worked so hard to build for years. He rendered all of his herdwork useless, reducing the household name Shen to nothing but street losers. The only reason he still has dignified guest visiting is because his daughter is marrying into the biggest family in Summerlane.
"This better be good. Don't you dare deliver any bad news on this special day." Shen warned his assistant.
"No sir, I have no nad news for you. Infact I have come with the best news." The man on the other end said excitedly. He only just found out about the good news he was sharing. They didn't know the miracle that had happened but it seems luck was truly on their side today.
"What is it. It better be worth it else you're fired." Shen spat and then swallowed his words immediately. It's not like he had the power to fire the man anymore. His assistant was only around our of pity, he should have left a long time ago.
"There's no need for that sir. I just got a call from Phillip and we figured out that Shen's corporations is back and active sir. We don't know how it happened but it's back again like it never left." Shen's eyes turned wide.
"This is not a time to play around you scumbag. I don't need this kind of prank." She yelled.
"Sir, when did I become a prankster? Mr Declan released the company as a wedding gift to your daughter and gave the family a billion dollar contract for the damages cost." Shens phone fell from his hands immediately as he could not believe what he just heard.
Noah Declan has decided toet him go with a compensation? No that's not possible. Noah Declan never let's his victims go. When he starts something, he finishes it.
What happened?
Mia who noticed her husband frozen at a place rushed to him. "Honey, are you right?" She asked picking his cell phone from the ground. By this time, Shen's assistant had already ended the call.
Shen snapped back to reality and snatched his phone away from her. He didn't want to believe what he just heard. There's no way in this world Noah Declan has let his family go and compensating them with so much money. When he checked the news, it was true.
Noah Declan has decided to invest in the Shens co-operation as his daughter was marrying into the family. This is huge for their family. Noah has skyrocketed their family higher than they ever were. They're now part of the biggest family in Summerlane just being related to the Declan's.
Shen's phone started buzzing again. Calls were coming from all angles as investors wanted to invest with his company again. Kate who had also seen the news frowned at this. She wanted the Shens to be under her mercy so that she can control them. But not to worry,she had their trust already, which means she will control them. All she has to do is take the glory for this.
Shen couldn't hold his scream and he screamed for joy. Today is indeed the best day ever.
"Bring more drinks for my guest, let them drink till they cannot drink anymore." He said to his servants.
