Anna almost laughed at the elders words. It was almost comical how considerate the entire family was being for her.
As she smiled, she felt bad for lying to them. They all seem excited about the news. Wait, she didn't lie at all, she had said nothing. Evelyn only mistook Noah's words and had let the family know about it.
"My wife is..." Anna quickly pinched his hands cutting his words short as she glared stylishly at him. Noah wanted to clear the air about everything but she didn't want her in-laws to be sad. What's the use of spoiling the mood when she can get pregnant herself.
"Is everything alright?" Evelyn asked with narrowed eyes.
"Yes." Anna quickly responded. "Noah wanted to talk about scan tomorrow but I told him it was too early. Sugar, I'm tired, I need rest." She but her lips as she tugged his shirt.
"Noah your wife is tired, take her to the bedroom. Don't you dare treat her carelessly I'll personally kill you with my bare hands if anything happens to her or her child." Elder Vincent barked at his grandson.
"Father please calm down." Anna said and the elder smiled again.
"I'm so sorry my dear, I just have to teach this useless boy a lesson." He said.
"It's alright. I'll be in my room now." Anna announced and placing Noah's arms around her as he carried her in bridal style up the stairs. The old people just smiled as they watched them both out of their sight.
"What are you planning?" Noah kicked their bedroom door open and stepped in. He walked in gently and placed his wife on the bed gently.
"Nothing." Anna hurried out of bed and followed him into the closet to also change her clothes.
"So why didn't you let me tell them the truth?" He asked taking off the buttons of his shirt before removing the shirt completely. Anna moved Infront of him, moving her long blonde hair to the front as she exposed her back to him. Noah understood her gesture and didn't hesitate to take out her zip.
On a normal day this woman wouldn't bother asking him to take out her zip as she would do it herself.
Anna let the dress fall from her waist as she turned to meet Noah's gaze. Her hands gradually moved to his trousers and he let her touch him. It's not everyday this silly woman tries to seduce him boldly.
Even if her face looked determined, her shaky fingers gave her away. She was nervous and he could see it.
"You haven't responded to my question?" Noah asked again, trying to give her the confidence she needs. If only she knows how much she had awaken his monster with these little moves. She didn't have to do too much to turn him on. The sight of her alone is enough to turn him into a mad man already.
"We would crush their dreams and happiness. I know you're vile at times Noah, but I can't stand to see your parents hurt because of me." Noah rolled his eyes. As if they wouldn't be hurt when they still find out about the truth. But by then, they would be ten times more hurt than they would be if he had told them now.
"They'll still find out it is all lies and would still be hurt by that alone." Anna shook her head at his words.
"Not if we can make babies in time Noah." Noah froze at her words, his eyes going wide a little.
"We did it before right, we can do it again." She said. He should be happy his wife was initiating something like this but her words only crushed him.
How will he tell her she might never be able to have children ever again. How will he go ahead to tell her the falling from the stairs ruptured her womb. Even the doctors didn't believe that was all that happened.
They had told him someone did it to her. But now Anna had remembered half of the truth, she will never be able to forgive herself. She'll ways blame herself for her infidelity.
