Chapter 250 QUIZ 2

1015words
"Why do you want to win this diamond award?" Lacey threw the first general question.

Ava hadn't really practiced with the script like Nari since her mother promised she would still make it to the final stage whether she answered the questions or not.

Even if one didn't win the show, being in the top five was all you needed to be a top model. They would still have deals even if it wouldn't be as much as the diamond's deals. The diamond is expected to acquire 75% of deals and oppurtunities, while the other girls are to share the remaining 25%.

"I have no reason for that. Being here is enough for me and I'm grateful for it." Ava smiled.

"Do you not find yourself as worthy enough to be the diamond?" Lacey pressed on.

"I... I can..."

"Are you aware that this award is a one time achievement and once you lose it, you've lost forever?" Lacey asked feeling slightly irritated at the lack of enthusiasm in Ava. She hasn't seen one girl in there to impress her since she arrived. None of the girls have advanced to the next level of the quiz.

How are these even models?

While Ava was being thrown with series of questions, Lola who had left Anna earlier arrived at the entrance of the resort as she waited the man who had announced his arrival earlier.

A black Van stopped before her with a few guards running around to open the car door. A pair of polished shoes stepped out of the car and as Ava traced his body up to his face, she saw a familiar pair of grey eyes stare down at her.

Behind him was his in law, Grace. She had demanded to come along too to see his wife and her neice. Grace had been angry when Anna lost yesterday. She thought maybe if she was there, her neice might have won. She would have been here to remind Anna of all of the lessons she had forgotten.

But according to the diamond company, they said Anna lost a point to Nari because of her first delay before giving an outstanding performance.

Grace was tired of watching her neice on the screen and wanted to be here to see her perform in flesh and blood. Aside being Anna's aunt, she's her biggest fan.

"Tell me my neice is yet to perform." She said to Lola who shook her head.

"She hasn't madam. Welcome to Crownsville." Lola greeted with a bow. It is a privilege to know all of these people, if it wasn't for Anna, she would never be able to stay in the same room with Grace, not to think of Noah. No matter the crisis in their family, the Sui's are a reputable family.

The general did a good job raising his family. The only thing he hadn't done well, was letting greed and envy destroy it.

"Did you get the fan stickers?" Came Grace's question and Grace handed the little cat shaped light to her.

"There was really no need for it Aunty, we can still see her after her performance." Right now, Noah looked nothing like a dangerous billionaire boss that could bring down a nation. Or the popular king of the media. He looked so casual one would mistake him for an assistant.

"I want her to see us quickly. Get ready for me Noah, I'll be the loudest one in the room." Grace said proudly. Her neice was going international and she was so proud of her. Whether Anna wins the crown or not, she is now a global model.

Lola led both people in and helped them to their seat.

Nari who had been crying from inside stopped crying and regain her composure the moment she saw Anna there. She would never look weak or appear broken before this bitch. Anna doesn't deserve to see her tears.

Nari could only hope Anna doesn't perform very well too and then she would still win this competition with the help of her aunt Chan.

As she stared at the girl who was minding her business, an idea flashed into her head and she clenched her fist. The whole world hates her now and they're all singing Anna's songs and praising her.

This kind of thing has happened before, and it had been the first time Anna has destroyed both she and Mack. She may seem to be all innocent and minding her business but that's the time she's destroying you. Nari gritted her teeth to the point blood oozed from it.

She walked up to the girl in a blue dress and stomped on it, leaving a little stain on her dress. Anna smiled at her action.

"Still being petty are we?" Anna asked meeting her gaze. As she stared at the girl she recalled the slap she had given her the night she came to their mansion warning her to leave. Though Kate slapped her back, to Nari it wasn't enough.

She wanted to break Anna and make her beg while on her knees. She wanted to reduce her pride and crush her ego.

"I know you're behind everything happening to me." Nari went straight to the point. It would be the first time she was addressing Anna physically since they got here but Nari couldn't hide her frustration anymore.

"Like you were in charge of the race at the airport and the other 99 evil things you've done?" Anna asked back. She wasn't even done yet, she still had to discover who Nari's family are to finally deliver the final blow and destroy her forever.

Gone are the days she showed mercy to people and kept her stupid hope that they would change. People like Nari are far from changing. They're the worst people known to man.

"I did none of that." Nari denied immediately.

"Let's not all act a fool. I also know you're the one that asked your minions to destroy my properties. You're lucky you weren't on that tape." Anna stated.
