Chapter 230 LATE FOR BREAKFAST 2

1034words
"You don't coddle a tardy model. No matter who you are outside of this place, in here, you're all on the same level," A woman seated next to Laura said, her eyes fixed on Anna, who avoided making eye contact with anyone.

She had seen the girl walk in and hated her at first glance. She's the girl her good friend Kate had told her about to make her fail no matter what. And she would see to it that Anna me er gets the crown.

She wasn't even supposed to make it to this place, but since she's here their plans changed too. They now have a better plan for her, a better way of sabotaging her.

Their plan was simple, get her to the last stage of the competition with Nari, and crown Nari as the diamond. That would solidify Nari's win more.

"Anna Sui," Channel called, and Anna finally turned to look at her. Her eyes widened. She knew this woman to be her aunt's friend, she's the one that had taught her most of the things she knew while growing up. But why is she so hellbent on embarrassing her today?

Did she not recognize her? Anna thought.

"Yes," Anna responded, her voice steady but deep down she was nervous. It's almost like she carries enemies like infinity stone wherever she goes to. One moment someone may like her and the next they hate her completely. She was scared of trusting anyone at the moment.

Her aunt Channel did infact remember her, but her aunt Kate must have told her bad things about her. Anna couldn't still understand her aunt's hate and anger towards her, why did she dislike her so much?

Noah isn't a bad person, he has done nothing wrong to them. It is his grandfather who had hurt her father. And according to what her aunt told her, Vincent had apologized a thousand times already. And he wouldn't have hurt her parents if her grandfather hadn't killed his wife. Everything still falls back to her grandfather.

"This should be the last time you are tardy and distract the my girls," Channel said firmly. "We expect punctuality and professionalism at all times. Understood?"

"Yes, I understand," Anna replied, feeling slightly embarrassed as everyone stared at her with pity.

"I don't know what an unprofessional is doing here in the first place. You should be glad Nari's mother decided to sponsor this how and give you the beautiful life you have." She said enough for everyone to here.

"You shouldn't even be given a second chance, you should leave the show," Channel said immediately earning gasp from the people around.

Nari smiled proudly from where she sat. She had cried to her mother the night Anna had stolen her shine yet again at the carpet event and Kate promised to do something about it, she never knew this would be it.

Getting Anna kicked out of the show would be the most embarrassing things ever. It would even be more embarrassing than the embarrassment she had gotten the night Anna stole the whole attention from her.

She couldn't forget how a reporter yelled at her to leave the carpet so that they could get a glimpse of Anna Sui. Nari gritted her teeth as she thought of it. She wanted to pay Anna back. She wanted her to face the same embarrassment she had given her.

She wanted more than just a breakfast embarrassment. She wanted it to be public. She wanted to break Anna Sui so bad that she will never be able to come back up again after the damage.

She should see Anna cry or better still dead where she truly belongs. She wished she had never survived that accident with her parents.

Anna doesn't deserve to be in the same place with her.

"I... I'm sorry miss Chan, but we can't do that." Laura said politely with the nicest smile she could muster. Anna can not be evicted from the show this early, her presence here alone had brought them more sponsors than they could ever imagine. Even if everyone was giving the praises to Nari, it is actually Anna's doing.

Their streamers had skyrocket to max level the very moment Anna Sui arrived at the carpet. She might be the most hated, but Anna is the most loved. She had massive support.

No one knows her support system yet, but they just cannot remove her.

"Why?" Chan asked slightly irritated at the embarrassment her own colleagues were causing her. Nari frowned too.

"It is not something we can say right here. We will have to discuss with the boards to get her out." Anna was nervous as she stared at them. She didn't want to leave, this would cause a big stain to her career.

She would never be late ever again.

"We'll see through this. Just know this is not over Anna Sui. The next diamond can never be so tardy." Chan barked.

"Alright girls, be in your beast behavior, the live broadcast starts in 3,2,1..." At Laura's words the camera men flew in and everyone started eating. They all looked like royalty in their different stylish attires. Everyone around the world watched the 20 beautifully selected girls eat.

Once breakfast was done, "Diamonds move to the drawing room right now, you special instructors are waiting for you. Remember, ten girls will be eliminated today leaving just ten lucky diamonds. Strive to be among the chosen diamonds." Laura smiled.

"Good luck on your tasks today." She added and started walking away. When she got to Anna, "See me immediately." Laura said calmly and started walking away.

Anna dropped her fork and started tailing behind the woman. She turned to Ava who mouthed, "You'll be fine." And she nodded. She took a deep breath and followed Laura out of the dining room.

"Oh she's toast." Matilda said next to Nari with a smile. She had been one of the girls speaking bad of her yesterday, the one who praised Anna. It's surprising Nari had quickly befriended both girls after everything they said.

"Oh she's so going to be expelled." Julia added with a giggle.
