Since it was still morning, Anna stepped out to watch the chirping birds pass by. Dolphins were playing in the water, and the gentle breeze carried the scent of salt and the open ocean.
The current of the water was so high, carrying waves upon waves that made the yacht dangle on the surface. Anna's grip on the railings tightened, her knuckles turning white. It would be disastrous if she fell off the balcony and into the churning water below.
She couldn't remember the last time she had taken her swimming lessons seriously.
The water looked so clear, reminding her of the stream back at their mansion. However, the fish here were different. Her grandfather usually bought new fish for the stream, and on most days when she had time, she fed them herself. Other times, she let the maids do their jobs.
Noah joined her on the balcony, wrapping his arms around her as they stood together, enjoying the peaceful morning and the natural beauty surrounding them.
"You didn't finish your food," Anna said, turning to look at him her blue eyes staring into his grey once.
"That's not a good for one person."
"It isn't?" Noah asked sounding surprised as he led her back into the room.
One problem he has always had with this woman was eating. She eats things even a one year old will never be satisfied with. She doesn't have a cheat day, there's no cheat day when it comes to Anna Sui.
A knock was heard by the door, Noah went to the door to see who it was. Lola who had not expected to see the man flinched a little before composing herself. This man would definitely give her heart attack one day. Lola would never be used to seeing Noah everytime.
"I... I brought the dress for miss Sui." Noah took the wrapped dress from her, along with three boxes before stepping back into the room.
"Who was it?" Anna asked from where she sat on the bed.
"Lola, she brought your dress." Anna mouth shaped into an O. She had recalled Noah talking about Lola bringing a dress for her. She walked to his side and started unwrapping the dress Noah had placed on the bed.
Taking out the last wrap, a pale sandy fawn mini dress blending with her skin colour. All the clothes she's ever worn are clothes that haven't been on the runway. It could be a gift from a brand that wants her to model their products. Anna could only imagine what deal Lola had signed this time. She was yet to sign the deal for the movie tonight which she had to attend.
She sat before the dressing table and started applying a little make up on her face. She hated heavy make up, but did it most times for shoot. Noah laid on the bed as he watched her do her beauty things. He's never been this interested in anyone's transformation as he was with his wife.
Her fingers held the difference brushes elegantly as she applied each colour gracefully. One she was done transforming her face, he watched her style her hair before putting on the dress. Anna lived up to her name, 'The glamour diva'.
Noah got up from the bed to zip up her dress as both people stood before the mirror.
As Anna sat back down, he cleaned her feet with his hands before placing it into her shoes. Her anklet twinkling in his eyes. He didn't know she had a thing for anklet until now, he would need to add those among her jewelry collection.
He picked the pearl necklace she had decided to wear from the table and placed it around her neck.
"You look so beautiful." He whispered next to her ear causing her to shudder at his words. Words could I added not describe how beautiful his wife is and he wished there was something worthy enough to be used in describing her beauty.
"Thank you." Anna smiled bashfully as always not daring to meet his gaze.
"We have a little thing to settle before we leave, can you do that?" He asked to see her nod.
"What is it?" Anna asked curiously wondering what they had to settle.
"You'll see it when we get there," came Noah's words as he led her out of the room. Anna held her purse by her side as she followed him out.
Together, they looked nothing less than the most powerful couple in the country. Noah, tall and commanding, exuded confidence and authority with every step. His tailored suit fit perfectly, enhancing his strong, athletic build.
Anna, beside him, was the epitome of grace and elegance. Her pale sandy fawn mini dress accentuated her flawless figure, and her makeup was subtle yet stunning. Her every movement was unique like the model she is. They could be the most adorable couple in the country if only they want their marriage out in the public.
Noah wanted his privacy and Anna respected that wish.
Both people arrived at another sector in the yatch, a part where only servants dwelled.
By the time both people had left their room, everyone in the yatch were already gone, including the families that had breakfast together.
Kate hasn't been herself especially after the embarrassment Evelyn had given her. The Shen's worried about Anna regaining her memory as they knew who was responsible for the accident a d the death of her child.
They would be finished if the news ever got out. If Anna ever remembers anything that happened that night. She had looked into the eyes of her killer, she had been surprise herself and out of fear, the person pushed her through the second half of the stairs.
Shen couldn't forget everything that happened. His wife was there to witness it too, that's why they had hide the CCTV camera and other evidence and threatened their servants not to say a thing.
