Chapter 189 SET UP 2

Beth and Cara huddled under the bed, their breathing shallow and their hearts pounding. The dim light cast eerie shadows on the floor as the three figures moved further into the room. Beth strained her eyes to get a better look at the feet, noting the difference.

They could see three legs step in, two belonging to women wearing stylish footwear and one to a man. Beth didn't understand why she was hiding under the bed in a room that belonged to her brother. Still, she needed to see the faces of the people planning against him.

She was about to inch forward when Cara grabbed her hand. "What are you doing?" Cara whispered, her voice barely audible.

"Seeing who it is that has come in here," Beth replied, trying to shake off Cara's grip.

"But what if it's Anna and she asks what we're doing in here?"

Beth shook her head. "It's not Anna. I saw her dress tonight. It was black, not brown or green." Beth responded.

Beth remembered Anna's dress vividly: a stunning black gown adorned with intricate lace flowers and beautiful crystals that could still glow in the dark. Anna had always had a flair for dramatic fashion.

Besides even if it's Anna, they were two and they could defeat her, but this people were three in here, plotting against her brother.

Beth didn't hate Anna until she had humiliated her friend before, and now, both Beth and Cara wanted to get their revenge and shut the "lousy" Anna Sui up once and for all.

After a few seconds of hesitation, Beth finally agreed with Cara. They couldn't just walk in there, especially since they had no idea who had entered the room.

"There's no one around," a female voice rang out. Beth tried to recall where she had heard the voice before, but she couldn't place it.

"It seems we're not the only ones planning to get Anna," Mack pointed out, indicating the unfinished camera on the wall. Whoever had been there was clearly hiding, either because they had not fully installed the camera or had run out when they saw others approaching.

"Who likes that bitch? It's good to know there are others who doesn't like her," Cara whispered as she stared at Beth. The unfamiliar voices continued their conversation.

"Hurry up, you two, we don't have time to waste. Mack, you'll stay in here and wait for us to bring her. Everything needs to go as planned. We need all the videos and evidence we can get," Kate instructed.

Kate shouldn't be doing the dirty work herself, but she had no one else to do it for her. All her employees were incompetent and couldn't perform their tasks effectively. She was just happy she had dealt with a significant problem tonight, and now she had to deal with another one.

After successfully removing Anna from the Declan family, Kate has planned on disowning her as she would be crowned the new head of the family. she would finally be able to do whatever she wants with Anna.

She smiled at her first plans. Sending Anna to the swamps where she had sent Nari wouldn't be a bad idea.

Maybe selling her out for slavery would be the best too. She would deal with her like she could have dealt with her mother.

Maybe Anna would kill herself from all the internet bullying, who knows, or Kate might kill her if necessary.

Grace would be dealt with separately, probably locked up somewhere far away. Kate had everything planned, and so far, her plans were proceeding smoothly.

"Have you sent the drinks out?" Kate asked Mack who nodded.

"I figured if I give her myself, she would never drink it, but if someone else gives it to her, she would gladly accept it." Mack smiled.

"And how sure are you she would just take a drink given specially to her?" Nari asked her ex boyfriend.

"I know Anna like the back of my fingers. I know what drink she would drink and what she wouldn't." Mack said proudly not aware of the silent glare he received. Nari was jealous, even after everything Anna did, it's still clear he was still in love with her.

Anna got all the men on her side. When she walks in a room, she steals the attention of everyone in the room. She wasn't the only woman angry at her, every woman hated Anna Sui.

"In a tray filled with red wines, Anna would pick the orange juice because she wants to be different." Mack smiled. He didn't know the importance of what he had until he lost it.

If only he valued the most beautiful woman in their city when she was with him. He felt repulsed so by her that they couldn't exchange something as common as a kiss. But it's all gone now, because tonight, even if this was all planned. He would have her all to himself.

"We don't need to know all of that information." Kate said noticing the slight frown on her daughter's face.

"Do you think using this room is good?" Nari asked with furrowed brows.

"What are you talking about?" Kate asked her daughter.

"Anyone can step in here because they know it's Mr Declan's room. There are more than a hundred rooms in this yatch we could choose from since we're taking Anna there ourselves." Kate nodded to her daughters suggestion, it was making a lot sense. Something could definitely go wrong if they use this room, but if they use a room no one knew about, nothing could go wrong.

Cara who was still under the bed listening smiled. These people were actually doing the hard part for her. All she needed was for them to get Anna out and she could get Noah easily.

She turned to Beth who understood her stare. Beth didn't care about their plans as long as her brother was not involved in their foolishness. All she wants is Anna put of her family.

They saw the six legs leave the room, closing the door behind them. When they were sure all three people were out, both girls got out from under the bed.
