"What is she doing now? Oh Grace you don't want to play this game." Kate stated right at her phone as she listened to her sister speak. When Grace said she would fight back Kate had thought it was mere threat, but seeing her sister do the things she's never done before, she knew Grace was more than serious about dealing with her.

"What is she doing now?" Nari asked with a deep frown on her face forgetting her role as the good daughter.

"Digging a hole she would fall into very soon." Kate responded. Both people still smiling as they ate their food for the camera.

Kate picked up her phone and dialed a number, "Hello ma'am." A voice from the other end responded. It's the voice of a male. "Put out a statement disregarding everything my sister just said now." She ordered.

"I'm afraid that cannot be done madam. The general has given strict orders not to work for you anymore." The man said.

"What do you mean by that? How can he give orders without Informing me first?" Kate barked, luckily, she wasn't loud enough to attract the eyes of unwanted people to herself.

While they decided to shop, Nari had suggested they get something to eat, so they were at the cafeteria of the mall where they just paid for free food for the next hundred customers. People could order whatever they wanted.

"Ma'am, please you should discuss that with the general, he'll give me a go ahead when everything's finalized." The person on the other end hung up.

"Fuck!" Kate smacked the table, this time attracting unwanted eyes to herself finally.

"Tell the paparazzi to leave, we don't need them anymore." She said to her daughter who nodded immediately and texted the paparazzi. "But you should be careful especially with your face, there are hidden cameras of people waiting to capture a bad moment to bring up misleading headlines." Nari said to her mother to see her smile back.

"I'm so pissed right now honey. Your aunt is really getting on my nerves." She forced a laugh. "You didn't tell me this celebrity lifestyle is so hard and annoying." Kate laughed a little louder.

The news broadcast about Grace started to spread like wild fire and the faces of the unpaid people in the mall and cafeteria changed.

Nari sensed their disdainful gazes, "I think we should leave now." She said to her mother who agreed immediately, both women picked their purse and started walking away. They were both scared of people throwing things at them or cussing them out while recording it. Grace had destroyed everything they did today with just one word.

One word has turned people's heart against Nari again, making everyone hate her.

Grace had bitten more than she can chew this time. Kate thought. She would make her sister pay for whatever she thinks she's done.

While everyone was preoccupied with the broadcast or dodging paparazzi, two pairs of white shoes quietly moved through the hospital halls, stopping before a familiar room. The figure peeked around to ensure no one was watching before slipping inside.

She wore gloves and covered her face with nose mask while her hair was tied to the back. Her feet made no sound as she stepped into the room.

She had heard that Anna was recovering quickly and had been given a task—to slow down that recovery. Her heart pounded as she approached Anna's bed, glancing at the machines monitoring her condition. Anna lay there, still and vulnerable, surrounded by wires and tubes.

The girl stared at Anna for a while, contemplating whether to go on with the plan or not. Whoever had sent her have given her serious instructions not to spoil their plans. They needed to keep her in there as much as possible because they were scared she might expose whoever had pushed her that night.

While Anna fell that night, she hadn't fallen all the way down the stairs. She had held the rays to stop herself from falling and harming her child, and whoever it was that pushed her stood before her, saying one last word before pushing her all the way down properly.

Anna knows who it was, the Shen's know who it was and that's why they're hellbent on revealing who it was. They rather lose everything they own that give out any information about the person.

Taking a deep breath, the woman reached into her pocket and pulled out a small vial. She hesitated for a moment, her conscience still battling with the instructions she's been given. But the fear of failing and the punishment she would get made her shiver.

She couldn't lose her job, if she didn't do this job correctly she would lose her job. She had a sick mother and little brother to take care of.

She moved close to Anna and was about to grab her IV when she heard a few noises heading towards the room. She quickly hid beneath Anna's bed, the injection still in her hands.

The nurse who stepped in quickly checked Anna as instructed by Noah before stepping out of the room. She had other patients to attend to and didn't have the time to stay and watch the sleeping woman. With everything going on on the internet about her, she felt like it wasn't yet time for Anna to wake up. She needed all the rest she could get.

She dimmed the room light, before stepping out of the room, but she didn't close the door completely. She left if slightly open.

When the nurse beneath the bed was sure there was no one in the room with her, she quickly dragged herself from the bed and rose to her feet again. She sighed as she stared at Anna.

"You've got some good luck on your side lately, Anna Sui," she said to the sleeping Anna, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "You know, I used to be your biggest fan back then. I still am. Maybe in your next life, you shouldn't be a model because the celebrity lifestyle is not for the weak." She leaned closer, her breath warm against Anna's still face.

She carefully inserted the contents of the vial into Anna's IV line, ensuring it blended seamlessly with the saline solution.

As the liquid began to flow, she whispered softly, "I'm sorry, Anna. This isn't personal."

She quickly adjusted the IV to its original state, making sure there was no sign of tampering. With one last glance at the unconscious Anna, she slipped out of the room as quietly as she had entered, blending back into the busy hospital environment.
