"Nothing. Just the little altercation with George and the little scolding from my family." Anna smiled. He stared at her without altering a word for a few seconds. He knew she was hiding something from him, something he would have to figure out himself.

Anna isn't alone anymore, she is with his child. He could possibly lose the two most important people in his life over some stupid family drama or useless industry games.

He held her hands in his and started planting sweet kisses on her hands. "Don't listen to anything George said, he cannot do shit to you, especially when he finds out you're my woman. My wife." His endless kisses didn't stop and Anna didn't try to stop him. She only smiled watching him.

"You should avoid your family for now till you're strong again. Don't tell anyone about our child yet, not even Lola, I'll ask her to reduce your schedule." He added in a serious tone to see her nod. She wondered what Janjan would say when she finally finds out about it.

"I perfectly fine sugar, last night was due to stress." She protested wondering why he was so worried about her. She felt as strong as always. It's almost as if she wasn't pregnant at all.

"It's not up for debate..." The sound of a knock on the door was heard and both people turned to look at in. "Come in." Noah said to see Lurch step in. "The food is ready master." Lurch announced, his eyes fixed on the floor.

"We'll be there soon." Noah said to see the old man give a final nod before stepping out of their bedroom. He started taking out his shirt and at that moment Anna wondered if he would still love her when her belly start swelling. Would he still treat her like he does now, or will he hate her?

Will he find her unattractive then? It happens to everyone, when a woman's body start changing, they suddenly turn unattractive to their spouse. She placed her hands on her lower stomach unwillingly staring at Noah undress completely, "I'll be back. I just need a quick shower," he said before stepping into the bathroom.

Heat rushed up to her face, turning it into a brighter shade of red. She could never get used to the look of this man standing before her bare. Just as she sat there daydreaming about her hubby, her phone rang. It wasn't Kate or any member of her family, it was Lola calling. Anna didn't hesitate to pick it up.

"Lola."

"Have you seen the news and the press statement George has released about you?" Lola asked.

"I'll check it out right now." Anna ended the call and quickly checked the news. As always she was in the number one trends, but it wasn't for something Good.

"So Mr Borne, we saw you take pictures with Anna Sui one last night after party event. What is it like standing next to a national treasure?" The interviewer asked and Anna could tell at first glance this is all a set up.

Since when did George Borne did Interviews. Nobody knew who he was till last night.

"Who is that?" George started off earning a silent chuckle from the interviewer.

"Mrs Sui, out national treasure. The most decent woman in the country." She added.

"What decency? A woman who hangs out with the wealthiest family to reach where she is?" He asked turning the woman speechless.

"What are you talking about Mr George?"

"Anna Sui isn't all what you all see her to be. She's rude and very difficult to work with." He announced. "I had to get her off my new project because she kept disrespecting me and insulting all of my workers and co stars." He added and Anna turned off her phone. She couldn't watch the video anymore.

Everything he said was nothing more than lies and false accusations because she had refused to let him have his way with her. "Fool." She cussed.

Was it worth it? Was it really worth it?

Destroying her image like this, is it worth it.

The news was blowing like wild fire, several publications and blogs were already running with the narrative.

It hadn't even been up to a 24 hours since he last spoke to her. People had believed it already

Her phone rang again for the second time, and it wasn't any contact saved in her cell phone. She contemplated whether to pick it up or not.

When she finally did pick it up, "Hello." Anna said.

"Do you like the news honey? Came the strange familiar voice that suddenly brought goosebumps on her skin. Anna quickly did what she knew how to do best as she listened without saying anything.

"How did you get my number?" Anna asked coldly.

"Forget about how I got it. It doesn't matter." He cut her off. "Do you see how easy it is to tarnish whatever image and reputation you think you have?" He mocked but she still did not say a thing to him.

"It's too late to apologize, I don't need your apology no more. If you want this settled and resolved, then you should meet me at the address I would send with this number." George said.

"Don't keep me waiting Anna, else you would regret my next move." He threatened and hung up.
