Chapter 120 THE NEW SUI'S DAUGHTER

1503words
Before The Grand Opening Ball,

Nari finally arrived at the Sui's mansion in a cab she hired. When they reached the gate of the mansion, she had told the guards who she was and they let her in freely.

She couldn't believe she would be allowed in here ever again, especially after everything she had done to Anna. Nari smiled. The past is in the past now, as long as she knows, she's now a part of the Sui's now. She's now a part of Anna's family.

She is Anna's adopted cousin. She felt bubbled of happiness moving in her, in no time her life has changed drastically. The universe really had given her a second chance at life. She would have to save Mack too, but before she can do that, she would have to save herself first.

The cab stopped just right in front of the large mansion. There were maids standing at the entrance and the butler, Bean, they have all been asked to stay outside and welcome their new miss. Everyone was eager to see Kathy's new adopted daughter, they all had bright smiles on their faces till a known face stepped out of the car.

Kate had not informed anyone it was Nari. She only said she had adopted a daughter since she was getting old. She said she needed a child of her own, since Anna was now married. They had thought it was a cute little girl, only to be shocked by their young miss arc enemy. Nari.

Nari walked over to where the shocked people stood elegantly, "Pay for the cab." She ordered the butler before stepping into the mansion.

She had nothing with her, no bag, nothing. Just herself. Her life had changed drastically after Anna had destroyed her, she was being accused of fraud and everything she worked so hard for was taken from her. This is her chance to retore everything and even work harder.

But why would their madam, Kathy, adopt a grown ass woman? Not just any woman, but Anna's enemy.

Was she so mad at her neice that she would try to destroy her life? Bean ordered the maids back into the mansion, so did he. But rather than going over to see the new miss, he hurried to his room to call his boss.

He had been the one informing Noah about everything they did to his wife and how they forced her to sign the papers. What the Sui's had forgotten was that, the new butler, Bean, wasn't just anyone, but the man Noah had planted in their mansion from the first day he arrived.

He ordered the maids to serve and attend to his new madam while he rushed into his room to make a quick call. When he dialed Noah's number, it rang the first time but no answer came. Since it was urgent, he called again and it rang and then a female voice was heard.

"Hello?" It was soft, just like Anna's voice. Noah was in the bathroom and had asked her to pick the call and she did as asked.

"Where is master Noah?" The butler asked.

"Noah is not here at the moment and he asked me to pick it up. What would you want me to tell him?" Came her words.

"Miss Sui?" The butler called and she narrowed her eyes.

"Who am I speaking with?" The butler paused his lips. He didn't know whether to tell his miss about what was happening or his master. He had no idea how Anna would take it but it's best to let her know. Maybe she can put a stop to this after all.

"Miss, I... I don't know if I should tell you."

"Bean?" Anna sat up in bed. "Bean what is it, is grandpa okay? How about my aunt's, is everyone fine?" She asked already panicking. She would never forgive herself if something bad happens to them, especially since they aren't in good terms now.

"No no nothing happened miss Anna." Bean quickly corrected himself. "But I have something to tell you about your aunt." He said.

"What about her?"

"We'll miss Anna, your aunt decided to adopt a child of her own." Anna smiled. "Finally, you know I've expected that from aunt Kathy and Grace, I had no idea why they didn't agree when I initiated it and now they want to have children." She laughed.

"So why did you call me Bean, is it because of this?" Anna laughed again.

"Yes miss. The problem now is that the child is not a little girl miss but a grown woman." Anna blinked to be sure she heard correctly. "What did you say?"

"Your aunt just adopted Nari."

"Master Bean, Bean, master Bean." Someone called from the background and he ended the call. Anna was speechless on the bed. Without telling Noah, Anna stepped out of the mansion to go see things for herself.

After telling Noah everything that happened the previous day, she wanted to visit her family so that they could settle everything, they had no idea her aunt would make such stupid decisions quickly.

Even if she wanted to adopt anyone, does it have to be Nari?

But what if this is all a prank? What if it's another trick to force her to leave Noah?

But even if it is a trick, she still had to confirm too.

"Where to madam?" The chauffeur asked.

"To the Sui's mansion." She stated land the car accelerated out of the Declan's yard.

When they arrived in the Sui's mansion, Anna quickly stepped out of the car, "Welcome back miss Anna." Bean greeted with a smile.

"Yes Bean." She didn't ask him anything and just stepped in. She hoped it wasn't just a prank set by her family to trap her again, Noah wouldn't even allow it. And even if they do, they cannot convince her to divorce Noah. Not anymore.

She was yet to confront her grandfather about his lies, maybe she could do it now and explain everything to her aunt's.

"Anna dear what a wonderful surprise." Her aunt Grace called and hugged her immediately. "You came just in time, we were just celebrating your new cousin." Grace mused.

"New cousin?" Anna stared at her aunt with narrowed eyes. So Bean wasn't lying afterall.

"Yes dear, she's so beautiful and as kind as always." Grace led her through the grand stairs and then they entered a hall. "Your aunt Kathy was just showing her to her room to rest. They'll both go out for shopping later." Grace smiled at her neice.

Even if she was asked to act happy by her elder sister, she still didn't like the idea of adopting that girl, knowing everything that girl has done to their neice. Grace sighed. She knew how stubborn and proud Kathy could be especially when things doesn't go her way.

Anna's stubbornness is nothing compared to Kate. Grace led Anna through the hall in silence and stopped when they arrived before Anna's room door.

Anna narrowed her eyes as she stared at the door. "Why are we here?" She asked her Aunt confused as to why they were standing before her room door when they should be seeing her new cousin.

"To see your cousin." At Grace's words, the door of the room opened with maids holding cartons in their hands. "Take them to the basement, this room now belongs to my Nari." She ordered and the maids rushed out one after another.

"Oh Anna, you're here." Nari smiled softly like she's been doing since she got here. "Have you heard Anna, we're going to be cousins too." She smiled.

"What's going on Aunt Kate." Anna asked as she watched the maids pack all of her things out of the room. All the memory she ever had or made were now being destroyed.

"What else does it look like I'm doing, arranging a room for my newly adopted daughter." Kate smiled.

"We have more than ten rooms in this mansion and your daughter didn't find any other room except mine?"

"Last I remembered you're no longer a part of this family. Your married now Anna, you no longer own a thing in this mansion. Nari on the other hands isn't married, you should stop being jealous and try to be nice to her." Kate said to have Anna grit her teeth in anger.

"This must be a joke." Anna scoffed. She couldn't believe her eyes. She knew her aunt was mad at her but this was going to far. Nari had hurt her so much in the past, she had done things that were unforgivable.

She felt betrayed by her family.

"This is not joke Anna and you better accept it."

"You adopted my enemy."

"And you married an enemy. You have no right to judge when you do the same thing Anna." Kate spat. "What are you even doing here? Shouldn't you be in your husband's mansion?"
