"I don't know," Anna responded. Maybe she's just tired of people always trying to step on her or maybe Noah has influenced her in a certain way.
Anna still wondered who that girl was and why she said Noah was her boyfriend. She even called him by his name which meant she knew who he was. She had also said she saw them in a restaurant together.
Did Noah have secret admirers who stalked him? Anna felt creeped out knowing someone might be watching her even now.
She didn't feel safe at all.
Her phone suddenly rang, it was Lola. One of the people who recorded what happened must have posted already. She sighed.
"Have you seen the news, Anna?" Lola asked. "You promised you to stay away from drama this week."
"I did." Came Anna's words. She really did try to stay away from drama, but it's like her body is a magnet of drama that no matter how she runs away from it, it finds its way back to her.
She wanted to start this new week drama-free, but now she was back to the lips of people.
"What really happened at the salon, we need to make an official statement cause right now, the wrong information is being spread about you." Anna frowned. She knew this would happen, people always tend to pick and choose.
Once Anna was done explaining to Lola about what had happened, it was finally their turn for their spa treatment and they stepped in.

"This is bad Beth, I'm all over the internet, being called a desperate clout chaser," Cara said to her friend.
"Why did you attack her?" Beth asked wiping her friend's tears. She wasn't just feeling bad for Cara, but she was scared of what Noah would do to her.
Noah has warned them strictly to stay away from his model, it's not like she would listen to him since she liked to annoy him, but Noah's threat wasn't one to be taken lightly.
Especially since Cara wasn't his sister or a member of their family.
"I didn't tell you Beth, but I saw her and Noah coming out of a restaurant the other day," Cara confessed. She had kept it to herself because she hadn't told Beth she was going out with her aunt.
"It's normal for them to be seen together, she's his model," Beth said.
"No, not in that way. He carried her in his arms inside the restaurant Beth. Something is definitely going on between them."
"It's normal, influencers sleep around with rich men to maintain their lifestyle," Beth said.
"But I thought Noah doesn't like women?" Cara said. It's the reason she had fallen for him in the first place. Because she thought she would be the only one he would love.
"Then you have no idea who Noah is," Beth said. "Just don't look at your phone or pick up any calls for now. We need to get home before Noah so that my mother can protect you today." Beth said.
She had no idea how things got to this, one moment she was talking to that stupid salon receptionist and the next Cara was causing a commotion inside the salon with the model her brother warned them about.
There were mocking videos of Cara online. While a few others supported her, a large number of people mocked her.
When Beth and Cara returned to the mansion, Noah had yet to return and Beth was grateful. The mansion was busy with guests moving in and out of the mansion for Evelyn's 43rd birthday.
"Let's find Mother quickly," Beth said as they walked inside the mansion headed for her mother's room.
"Elizabeth." Beth froze at the sound of the voice and turned to meet his gaze.
"Father." She called.
"Where have you been? You're supposed to go out with Richie like we agreed." Lionel walked up to his daughter.
At the same time, "Cara!! A couple came from behind and Cara turned to look at her parents. The look on their face didn't seem like they were happy and Cara gulped her nervousness. She just didn't expect they would be here this early.
"Mum, Dad, I had no idea you would come today." Hannah walked up to her daughter and slapped her.
Gasp and surprised remarks were heard from everyone around the hall. People stopped what they were doing to see what was happening.
Everyone was shocked including Cara who held her cheek. Tears filled her eyes instantly, "Why did you slap me, mother, what have I done?" She yelled.
She has suffered so much humiliation today and right now, her mother was humiliating her before these people.
"What is this Cara?" Hannah threw her phone at her daughter and Cara saw the salon video playing. Her eyes turned wide, how did her mother see this?
"Is this what I sent you here to do? Don't you have any shame? I didn't let you have the best life to fight for a man on the internet!! When Hannah had seen the video she was so upset.
She wasn't just upset because her daughter had embarrassed their family online, but she was upset because of who had shown her the video. And seeing the woman walk into the hall right now, smiling as she disciplined her daughter, Hannah wanted to kill Cara with her bare hands.
"Miss Hannah, it's not what you think it is." Beth rushed to her friend's rescue.
"Stay out of this Beth, I'm also disappointed in you." Hannah shunned Beth who went to stand at a corner in shame.
"What man were you fighting for? Who's that man?" Hannah asked her daughter who quickly rushed to her father's side. Cara knew if she said anything, it would only make matters worse. She couldn't possibly call Noah, especially with people around.
"Father please tell her to leave me alone. It was all for fun and nothing serious." She cried but her father wasn't having it today. He was also very upset with her.
She was lucky their family was private and no one knew her real identity but what if someone decides to use this against them?
"Your father is not saving you today." Came Hannah's curt words.
"Come here." She dragged Cara by her ear and pulled her out of the mansion, at the same time Noah stepped in.
He was at the entrance of the mansion when he saw Hannah dragging her daughter out of the mansion and he clenched his teeth.
He had indeed come down here to drag Cara out of their mansion but seeing her mother already doing it, Noah's anger settled a bit.
Cara struggled to free herself from her mother's grip but she couldn't. The humiliation was just too much for her. When they reached the door, she saw Noah and she cried further to at least gain a little sympathy from him.
All of these were happening because of him anyway. "Noah, please tell her to stop. I did nothing wrong, it was all for you." Noah said nothing to her, rather adjusted from where he stood so that she wouldn't touch him.
Paul who was standing beside Noah took a picture of the girl being dragged and then laughed. He had his personal beef with Cara, especially since she had insulted him the first time he met her.
"Paul see to it that my wife is okay," Noah ordered and the man nodded and stepped out.
Paul returned to Noah after a few phone calls, "Sir, there are reporters around the salon madam's in. There's no way for them to get out."
