Chapter 53 SWEET NOAH

"Anna where have you been we've been trying to call you?" Kathy who was standing by the door with Bean and Grace.
"How are you doing child, we saw the news. Did you really do all of those things?" Katherine held her niece's hands.
Anna shook her head at her aunts words, "I just had to admit it so the accusations can stop." She said.
"You, why didn't you protect her enough?" Grace turned to Noah hiding behind Bean as she spoke. She hasn't forgotten the way he had threatened them yesterday and even changed their lives till this moment.
"Are you even her husband if you cannot protect her?" Grace continued.
"Aunty, Noah's innocent. He's the reason those reporters couldn't touch me." Anna defended her husband. Her aunt's loved handsome men, but she couldn't tell why they hated Noah so much.
Noah didn't say anything to the elderly sisters, he wasn't in the mood tonight. He received another message from Paul saying Donald has already sent those pictures to a paparazzi.
Paul knew the location of the paparazzi and could easily steal the photos but Noah had another plan in mind. He stared at his wife smiling with her aunties. The women were old and had zero knowledge about celebrity lifestyle and the things they did.
"I'll be leaving now, I have things to do." Noah said to them but mostly to his wife as his gaze was on her. Anna who didn't understand the gaze just smiled at his words and kept standing in her position.
She saw him narrow his eyes at her without moving from where he stood even if he just announced his dismissal.
Noah raised two fingers, gesturing her to come to him, Anna stared at her aunties and the butler before taking a step forward. She wondered what he wanted from her now, he better not do something stupid before her family.
When Anna stood before him, Noah pulled her close only to pressed his lips on hers. Anna's eyes turned wide and her cheeks turned red from embarrassment.
Noah bit her tongue for the second time today and she yelped silently. "This is going to be the sweetest correction I've given anyone. Keep making those mistakes and I'll cut those tongues." He saw her frown and a sweet smile appeared on his lips.
"Aren't you tired of bullying me?"
"I won't stop if you don't listen." He shrugged deeping his hands into his pocket the smile not falling from his lips.
Noah was more than pleased with his mark on her lips.
Anna couldn't believe this man has called her to punish her for calling him by his name.
"There are people around. You both can do that in the bedroom." Katherine clicked her tongue fighting the urge to giggle and hug her niece.
To the people around, they saw a couple kissing and and saying their goodbye. They saw two people who couldn't stay a minute without each other, but only Anna knew what they man was doing to her.
Katherine smiled silently, If this man wasn't a part of the family that killed her brother, she would have loved him. Not only was he so romantic, he was handsome too. He was rich and was ready to do anything for her niece.
Anna is indeed lucky to have met someone like Noah.
"Sorry." Anna waved Noah a goodbye before walking towards the stairs. Noah watched his wife's figure disappear in embarrassment through the stairs and then Noah said his good byes to her aunties and stepped out of the mansion.
When he got into his car, he immediately called Paul and went ahead to meet the man.
Once Anna was back in her room, she walked into her closet and sat on her dressing table. She stared at her reflection through the mirror, especially the lips Noah had bitten earlier. She frowned at the mark on her lips.
Noah knows she's a public figure and every little thing could be spotted yet he still bit her. "Bully." She remarked silently.
She stuck out her pink tongue from her mouth and saw a tiny red Mack on it. It's the spot he had bitten tonight. How is she supposed to brush tonight?
"Fuck you." She cussed and then blushed at the thought of her family seeing Noah kiss her shamelessly.
Anna placed her hands on her cheek. It would be the second time Noah has kissed her tonight, she can never get used to it.
Still in her thoughts, she heard her phone ring and she checked the caller.
"Are you still in your date outfit?" Lola asked and Anna wondered how she found out.
"Yes." She responded.
"Take a cute selfie with the outfit you're wearing and post it on your social media account right now." Lola said.
"Make sure you smile." Anna wanted to ask how she found out, but she knew her team were smart and whatever decision they made for was good.
"Okay." Anna responded. She ended the call and took several selfies of herself and captioned it.
'Miss my home so much.'
As usual, everyone ran to the post made to bash her and she quickly turned the comments off and logged out.
She sighed frustratedly.
Noah has been too sweet today and he made her forget everything that happened today. He made her forget she was the most hated human on earth. She smiled. Even if Noah can be annoying at times, he was the sweetest.
A knock was immediately heard on the door, "Come." Anna said stepping into the room to see Bean walk in.
The old man held a pink card in his hands and she wondered who it was from.
"Miss Anna, an invitation came in today from the Yong's." She frowned.
Just because the Yong's were band from stepping their feet into the Sui's home didn't mean they couldn't send gifts.
Mack would have announced the increase in his net worth today, but Anna's press conference overshadowed every other news. He would have to wait till a weeks time to announce so that the whole world would hear of it.
Anna took the letter from Bean. "Thank you." The old man bowed and left the room.
She looked at the pink nameless catd in her hands and tore it open.
'Please join us to celebrate a 60th birthday party honouring, Dante Yong...'
Anna sighed reading through the letter. She didn't know if she should attend the party or not.
