Chapter 120: The Final Showdown

The fight was very intense, a large struggle to survive. Eki and Dapo fought with much strength because they felt so desperate. They put all their strength into this fight, every action strong like their lives depend on it. Desperation makes them push more, not holding back even a little bit. Their bodies moved just by feeling. The men had many skills, but Eki and Dapo had a very strong natural sense for protecting themselves.

Eki managed to take the weapon from the attacker and then use it on others. Dapo, who has much strength, was fighting very hard but there were too many enemies for him alone.

The apartment looks like a war zone, with furniture flipped over and pieces everywhere. Sounds of fight could be heard all around the building, but nobody came to help. They were alone, fighting for their lives.

When it seemed they would lose the battle, suddenly someone appeared from the shadows. It was Ayo, her face very serious and weapon ready in her hand. She had come to their rescue.

With Ayo's assistance, the battle started to shift. The three of them became like one team, moving together and supporting each other effectively. The attackers were taken by surprise, their advantage dwindling.

One by one, the men fall to the ground. Eki, Dapo, and Ayo stand over them, breathing very hard and feeling not so steady. They had survived, but the battle was far from over.

They know Thorne won't give up easily. He will send more men, even scarier than the previous ones. They had to find a way to end this once and for all.

They took their things and silently left the apartment, leaving hurt men behind. Now they need to look for a secure place to meet again and plan what to do next.

When they walked on empty streets, they discussed what to do next. They understood that hiding all the time was not an option. They had to confront Thorne, to expose his crimes to the world.

"We should go to the police," Eki said, her voice filled with determination. "We must tell everything we know."

Dapo and Ayo nod heads to show they agree. They understand that they must trust someone, and the police seem like the best choice for them now.

They find a payphone and contact the police, telling them what happened. They give the address of the apartment to the officers, hoping they can gather evidence to catch Thorne and his gang.

While they stayed and waited for the police to come, they talked about what should be the next step. They knew going to the police was a risky decision, but it felt like the only option left for them. They had to expose Thorne and his network, no matter the cost.

The noise of police cars getting nearer filled the night air. Eki and Dapo exchanged glances, their faces showing worry. This was it. The moment of truth had arrived.

When police cars stop with a loud noise, many policemen come out and point their guns. Eki and Dapo raise their hands up high, shaking a bit because they feel scared. They were surrounded, and there was nowhere to run.

The police officers walked near slowly, their eyes looking around with much care. Inside the apartment, they saw men lying down on the floor with weapons placed all over. The scene was a testament to the violence that had taken place.

Eki and Dapo are brought by the police to the station. Officers asked many questions for a long time, making sure their stories were exactly the same. They told police everything they knew about Thorne and his group, the things that were taken, and the risky world they got mixed up in.

The police watched very carefully, their faces showing surprise and confusion. But after some time, the confusion slowly disappeared and turned into a big feeling of urgency that kept getting stronger. They understood that they were facing something much larger than what they first believed.

After many hours of questions, Eki and Dapo are now free. They no longer suspect; they become witnesses, important in a dangerous game. The police began a large investigation on Thorne and his group. After that, they asked for assistance from Eki and Dapo.

They went to a safe house, which is a place for them to rest and recover. But they realized their work was not finished yet. They had to stay one step ahead of Thorne, to anticipate his next move.

When they come inside the safe house, they start to realize everything that happened. They have gone through a very dangerous period, but their struggle is not over yet. Thorne stayed outside, and he will not rest until his kingdom is safe.

They knew they must be very careful. Thorne was a master at manipulation and would use any way needed to get what he wants. They had to be vigilant, always on guard, always ready for the unexpected.

When they saw city lights through the window, the feeling of hope came to them. They had faced many dangers and hard times but were safe in the end. They found more strength than they ever imagined. Then, I decided to keep going until reaching the end.

Eki and Dapo were in the safe house, their minds working fast. They had just escaped from a very dangerous situation, and now all they knew about life was totally different. They now find themselves in the middle of a very dangerous challenge, fighting a powerful and ruthless enemy.

"We must find Ayo," Eki said with a strong and serious voice. "She will show us what to do next."

Dapo nodded, eyes showing much worry. They did not know where Ayo was or if she was safe at all. But they knew they needed her help.

They tried to contact Ayo, but her phone was not working. They started to feel concerned. Something might have happened to her.

While waiting for more details from Ayo, they decide to examine the information gathered about Thorne and his team. They find out that this group is involved in different illegal activities like stealing art and smuggling drugs. They were a powerful force, with tentacles reaching into every corner of the world.

Eki and Dapo were aware that they had a very powerful opponent ahead. Yet, even with this knowledge, they decided not to surrender without first giving their best effort. They had to expose Thorne and his network, to bring them to justice.

In the days following, they gather information and piece together the puzzle. They discover Thorne is involved in a much larger scheme aimed at destabilizing governments and controlling the global economy.

As they learn more, their situation becomes worse. A powerful and mean group chases them, with time running out fast.

When they nearly give up hope thinking no solution exists, their phone rings unexpectedly from a number not known to them. A voice that is deep and unusual says on the line, "You are too deep into trouble."

Eki and Dapo turned to each other, worried about showing their faces. The voice they heard from the phone was low and strange, making them feel a little scared. They did not know who was calling, but it showed that someone watched them.

"Who are you?" Eki managed to ask, her voice trembling slightly.

There is a quiet moment, then a soft laugh. "Let's say, I know you more than you think," the voice replies back.

Eki felt a cold shiver go down spine. Someone was playing tricks, always knowing what Eki would do before doing it.

"What do you want?" Dapo asked, his voice filled with determination.

"We can help you," the voice replied, "but you have to trust us."

Eki and Dapo looked at each other with unsure feelings. Before, many people had tricked them, so now they are very careful about trusting others again. But they were desperate, and they had no other options.

"How can we trust you?" Eki asked, her voice filled with doubt.

"You will see," the voice spoke, with a bit of a scary tone. "But hurry up, time is almost gone."

The call finished all of a sudden, leaving Eki and Dapo alone with their thoughts. They did not know what to think about the call, but one thing was clear: they were in more danger than ever before.
