A day has passed. We're still the main topic in Spheria. We were the only one to fight withous using our gifts on Batailen. They find it amazing and cool. Well I do too. I thought we'd loose that battle especially when they imitated Damon's dragon form.
"Let's go baby," Damon says. I looked at him with tired eyes. Oh hell yeah. I almost forgot about Dragonia Kingdom's batailen. We still have another battle to win.
"When will he come and get us?" I asked referring to the God of Dragonia, Dagunus. He glanced at the clock and back to me.
"He'll be here soon. We should head to the dining hall now to fill ourselves up," he says. I heaved a sigh. He's right. I think we'll need that very bad.
We went out of our chamber. I smiled when I saw Elaine and Gabby heading out as well. They're bickering again.
"I told you to stop reading my mind!" Elaine says loudly. Gabby covered his ears.
"I also told you that I'm not reading your mind! You insisted on playing a guessing game and now you're attacking me," Gabby defends himself. I chuckled. I looked at Damon amusedly. He seemsto enjoy the show as well.
"Should we interrupt them or nah?" I asked. He chuckled.
Elaine was already looking at us when I glance at them. I raised my hand to give them a friendly wave. Elaine marched to us and crossed her arms.
"Kindly put that man away from me!" she snorted and rolled her eyes. I looked at Gabby who's shaking her head in annoyance. Why do I see myself on Elaine when me and Damon shared our first time? Does it means... Ow. Hahaha!
We went to the dining hall together. Elaine was giving Gabby a piece of her mind and believe when I say that Gabby's patience is longer than Damon's tail.
"Dinia Chosva," I chanted. The floating table in front of us slowly descended.
"Have you seen Bubbles?" I asked him as I sit on the dining chair. Damon shook his head.
"Nope. Haven't seen him," he responds. I rolled my eyes.
"Bubble's a she Damon. She'll give you a good tantrums once she heards you say him one more time," I slurred. Damon shrugged his shoulders.
"Does it make any difference?" He laughs. I rolled my eyes. He's so good at bullying little ladies, don't you think?
Our dinner went fine. Elaine and Gabby's table wasn't too far from us and we can literally hear their loud bickering from our table. I always get second hand embarassment when they are around. They're just the loudest couple I know.
We weren't able to go back to our chambers because some servers decided to block us and escort us directly to Hlaford's office. From what I heard, Dragunus is already here.
"Nervous?" he asked. I smiled and shook my head. I am not lying. I am really okay. I don't feel nervous anymore. The power of food.
"Vestacios God Hlaford and God Dragunus," we greeted in chorus. Our hands are on our chest and our heads are slightly bowed down. It's some sort of respect move that we're ought to practice everytim we see higher ups especially the Gods and Goddesses.
"Blessed," Hlaford says. We stand straight, My eyes automatically landed on the intimidating God of Dragonia kingdom. He's wearing a red armor with trips of gold in the edges.
He looks powerful.
"How are you two doing?" Hlaford asked. I stared at his wrinkled face. I can see the hind of tiredness in his face.
I wanted to ask him about Fiscio and God Gaviel's missing bludgeon but now's not the time. We have a separate business to discuss that's why we're here.
"Weore doing fine, God Hlaford. Thank you for asking." Damon asnwered for us. I winced when God Hlaford looked at me. Our eyes met and that gave a chilling sensation in my body.
"Do you have something in mind that you wish to tell me, Golden?" he asked like a concerned father. My eyes widened. Can he read minds?
"Uhmm no, God Hlaford. It's just that I haven't see you for days and I'm truly grateful to have that rare opprtunity now," I lied. He just smmiled. I know that he knows that I'm lying but he chose to be silent.
"The portal is ready. Are you?" Dragunus asked using his deep and raspy voice. I forced a smile when he look at me. He looks very intimidating. He looks so dominant and you can tell just by looking at him that he has a high posiion in Vortaxia.
"Yes, God Dragunus." I was surprised when I answered him. Okay so what was that?
"Good then. We don't like waiting in Dragonia," he said seriously and raised his hand. My heart jumped slightly from what he said. What does he mean by that?
I winced when a red portal suddenly appears beside me. It looks just the same on what we use to enter Vortaxia. I still remember it freshly like it happened yesterday.
I can't even believe it myself that I manage to make it to this day in this new world. I don't regret accepting my faith as a Chosen.
"Let's go," he orders and went inside the portal.
He's cold.
I looked at Hlaford. He raised his brows asking why I'm looking at him. I smiled.
"Won't you come with us?" I asked politely. He smiled weakly.
"I wish I can my child. But I am prohibited to visit Dragonia kingdom."
Prohibited? Why?
I was about to ask him again when Damon grabbed my hand. He's already on the portal waiting for me. I looked at God Hlaford for one last time and smiled.
"Take care Hlaford," I mouthed and went inside the portal.
I closed my eyes when a strong light flashes in my eyes. The portal closed immediately. I suddenly panicked.
I don't know. I just feel like something bad is about to happen.
"Are you okay?" he asked. Damon holds my hand and I looked at him like a scared kitten.
I'm the only Chosen in this kingdom and that is enough to scare the hell out of me.
"It's alright. I'm here. I won't lave you," he comforted and kissed my forehead. I looked around and my eyes grew big from the wonderful view before me.
There are flying dragons everywhere!
My eyes landed on the grouped islands below us. They look like habitats for elemental dragons. This is so cool!
"Baby let's go," Damon whispers and offered me his hand. I stared at it for a few seconds and onto his face. I smiled.
"Let's go."
