I pointed him the vacant seat in front and we both headed there to occupy it. His right hand's tightly gripped to my small hand as we walk passed to other Chosens. They are scattered all over the place. If it weren't for this cool setting, I would really think I'm just on a normal day somewhere in Earth.
As soon as we sit flat to the chair, the flying unicorns started dancing in the air and a thousand more of pixie stars came out of their butts.
Are they actually shitting on our heads right now?
My pupils dilated when the pixie stars started coming together. Like jigsaw puzzle, the pixie stars starts to form a picture. A moving picture—a video.
"Vestacios Chosens!" Hlaford greets cheerfully through the huge screen. The Chosens greeted back in chorus. Like a student who has no idea on what's going on, I greeted with them.
His long white beard sways as he nods his head joyfully on their symphony. "You are now gathered here to see the beauty of our Kingdom. My heart is filled with so much gratitude that we're finally able to see the new generation of Chosens and show you the beauty of our Kingdom." He smiled, pushing all his wrinkles of history to the side.
"Cronosus?" he calls. A huge unicorn with beautiful horn faced the screen. Its built is huge and tall. Looks like it's the leader of all unicorns here.
"Blessed." That one word from Hlaford and all the unicorns started flying around and stopping in front of Chosens.
I giggled when a beautiful unicorn stopped in front of me. Its lashes are long and thick. Pretty!
"Hey there!" I extended my hand to brush the unicorn's soft and pink hair.
"Don't touch it!" He grabs my hand and snarled at the cute unicorn. The latter whimpered. I smacked his head and yelled.
"Don't scare it!" He caressed his head and looked at me confusedly. I rolled my eyes at him. Another unicorn stopped in front of him and I smiled when I saw who it was.
It's the leader, Cronosus.
"Don't be afraid. We won't hurt you," Cronosus speaks. My eyes widened. It can talk?!
My lips formed an 'o' and nodded. "Please don't mind him. It's just his first time and all. Shall I sit on your back?" I asked. Cronosus nodded and I happily sit on the pretty unicorn's back.
I stare at Damon who's apparently standing still and just watching me. I rolled my eyes and pointed Cronosus.
"Don't make him wait."
He shaked his head but followed anyway. I watched him mounted on Cronosus' wide back. Damon smiles when it made a happy sound. His genuine smile is so handsome.
My hands automatically landed on the lace attached to my unicorn's back when it suddenly opened its wings widely.
"Brace yourself," Cronosus said and in a blink of an eye we're already in the sky. The cold wind is blowing my face and my lips parted in amazement when I saw the view of Spheria from above.
I waved at the other Chosens passing by. I watched the view below me and I couldn't help it but smile. This is surreal!
A beautiful river caught my attention. Even if it's too far, I could see a glowing thing in the river. I wonder what is it.
We descended on the wild fields and I saw a few Chosen landing with us too. My eyes are still pinned on the glowing thing in the river.
"This is the sacred Sayana River. This is where Fiscio, the juggen fish, was found. She gives advices on Gods and Goddesses and she also gives punishments when the Gods and Goddesses couldn't decide," Cronosus said. They walked us around the river. The water is reflecting the blue sky magically. It is sparkling.
"This is where we get the water we used on Parsenation ceremonies," he added.
Suddenly, a beautiful lady came out of the water. There are lines on her cheeks that look like gills. She waves at us and my lips parted when I saw her lower body. It's a fish tail.
A mermaid.
I waved my hand cheerfully.
"Mermaids guard the Sayana river for the sacred water is too precious and not everyone is allowed to use it for noncrucial reasons." The mermaid flew me a kiss and I giggled softly because I find it cute.
"Be careful with them, dear."
I winced when my unicorn talked. Be careful? Why?
"They're great deceivers. They are pretty friendly that they could lure you join them in the water. And next you'll know is your floating lifelessly," it says.
I felt the goosebumps as I looked at the mermaid for the second time. Her face changed into a scary looking monster with huge fangs. I bit my lip in fear and looked away.
I guessed not everything in here is pretty.
I decided to ask the unicorn about the glowing object under the water. "What's that glowing object?" I asked. I almost throw myself in front when it suddenly stopped from walking.
"W—What did you say?"
"The glowing object?" I repeated. Why does she looked so shocked?
"Y—You're seeing it?"
I pursed my lips and stared at the river for a few seconds. The glowing object is still there.
"W—Well... Yeah? I mean can you?" I asked back. My unicorn remained silent. She was about to speak when Cronosus and Damon called us.
"Let's head to the Classidium," he says.
"Y—Yeah..." my unicorn stutters. I shrugged my thoughts away and hold the lace firmly when she opened her wings and ascended to the sky.
My mind is also flying with us. I couldn't stop thinking about my unicorn's reaction when I told her about the glowing object.
Should I asked Damon if he seen it too?
We landed on a huge stadium. There are tons of lights and flying ivaws everywhere. Each of them have different supplies on their hands. They're busy like as if they're preparing for something big.
Oh... I almost forgot about the Classife.
Maybe it will be held in here?
