Jake's lie was exposed!
He fought desperately for the phone, pounding Nathan, shrieking,
"Give it back! Give me the phone!"
Everyone was stunned.
A police whistle pierced the chaos.
People snapped out of it, pulling the two men apart.
Nathan was helped up, covered in dirt and grass, utterly disheveled.
Jake's face was twisted.
His eyes bulged, veins throbbing at his temples like a cornered beast.
He kicked and struggled, howling,
"Bastards! Let me go!"
"Phone! Give me the phone!"
"Knock it off!"
A fist connected with Jake's face, dazing him.
Police handcuffed Jake to a tree. A villager picked up the phone and handed it to an officer.
Breaths hitched. All eyes fixed on the small screen.
The officer frowned, opened the phone, scrolled through the gallery. A recent video stood out.
"This one."
The video started, shaky at first.
Lily's terrified voice filled the air.
"Jake Wilson! What are you doing?"
Her voice trembled with fear, backing away.
Then, Jake slapped her hard. Lily crashed to the ground.
Before she could react, Jake laughed cruelly and pounced.
Lily's desperate screams and cries followed, each one wrenching at the listeners.
"Bitch! Fight back!" Jake spat filth.
"Ooh, soft..."
"He and I have already been intimate!"
"But he still insists on marrying that bitch Maya! Says she's pure! Hah! Once I ruin her, Nathan will marry me!"
She stood up, walking towards my unconscious form. As she bent down to tear at my clothes, Jake, like a beast, lunged at her.
"Bitch! Trying to kill me?"
Lily panicked, scrambling away, but Jake grabbed her hair and shoved her face into the nearby lake.
She struggled frantically, but Jake, enraged, was beyond reason.
He held her under until her movements ceased.
Only then did Jake snap back to reality.
He scrambled out of the water, saw me unconscious, and lunged, intent on finishing me too.
Just then, Charlie came running out, shouting, startling Jake.
In the dark, Jake fled in panic.
And his phone, lying forgotten, captured it all.
