It had transmigrated to this world for twenty years.
Dodo, the dog I brought from my original world, was slaughtered by my three sons for their beloved fake mother (she pretend as their real mother...).
My legs were crushed by a truck on my way chasing after them for Dodo.

Meanwhile, that vicious woman Chloe was already eating my best dog Dodo.
Bleeding tears, I accepted a torment mission from the System in exchange for a chance to start over this life.
This another life, I didn't use my system points to save my eldest son, Joel, from the car accident.
He ended up with both legs broken, his racing career was over.
And I let my second son, Noah, drop out of school.
As for the youngest one, Ethan, I made his biological father abandoned him.

After that, the system congratulated me:
"You've suffered these twenty years. You can now go home in peace!"
    ...
    "Nurse! Where's my phone?!"

Waking up, ignoring the agony of my severed legs, I called Joel at once.
"Where's my dog Dodo? What did you do with Dodo?"
Before he could answer, Chloe's voice came through the phone.
"This dog meat stew is delicious, so tender and rich. Joel, where did you get such good dog meat?"
Hearing that, I felt a tearing inside me.
"What did you say?! What did you do to Dodo? Give Dodo back to me!"
But no one cared about my desperate screams. Joel coldly told me to shut up.
"It's just a dog. Are you really that jealous of Chloe?"
"Don't you know Chloe love eating dogs? Why are you being so selfish!"
"Still trying to compete with her? Dream on! She's the real mom in our hearts — you're nothing!"
Then, he hung up without hesitation.
Clutching the phone, my tear-streaked face twisted into hysterical laughter.
Twenty years ago, I transmigrated to this world and had the system activated.
After failing the mission to win the male lead, I should've returned.
But in this world, I'd given birth to these three boys and grew emotion on them as their mother.
To keep them from suffering, I changed my system mission to a family bond quest, with the reward of taking all three kids back with me when I would return.
But after Chloe and their father ran off together and reappeared, my bond with the kids instantly reset to zero according to the system.
All those years of sacrifice was just paving the way for someone else.
Now, the last living I cared about in this world had been brutally killed by them.
The nurse saw me crying and laughing like a madwoman and injected me with a sedative.
The system's cold voice rang out:
"Host, your family bond mission progress is below 1%."
Thinking of Dodo, my numb body burned with hatred again.
"No, I won't continue that quest!"
"I want revenge. I want them to pay for Dodo's life!"
    The system warned,
"You have no points left to exchange. Are you willing to switch missions and start over?"
"Yes! Whatever it takes to avenge Dodo!" I gritted my teeth.
"How do you want to take revenge?"
"I'll take back everything I gave them and cut them off completely!"
    "Confirmed. Switched to torment mission."
"When the target's suffering reaches 100%, the time-space door will open, allowing you to go change the past."
"Warning: Host's life is below 50%. Proceed with caution. Good luck."
As the system's voice faded, I shed my last tear.
I asked the doctor for painkillers, then went straight in my wheelchair to the 8th floor — Chloe's ward.
Chloe had my three sons taking turns caring for her in a VIP private room.
The nurse pushed me to the door, where a photo of Chloe with my three sons hung prominently.
Inside, Chloe wasn't there, but Joel was cleaning for her.
"What are you doing here again?"
Noticing my wheelchair, he snorted scornfully.
"Chloe's sick, and you're copying her? Mia White, you're pathetic."
I stared at him, eyes burning with hate.
"Where's Dodo? I want to take him home."
Joel looked guilty for a second — just a second.
"All you care about is a dog?"
"Chloe is sick, and you didn't even ask. You're heartless!"
"You want the dog? Fine! Here—now get out before you disgust Chloe!"
He fished a bone from a pot of soup for Chloe and flung it right at my face.
I caught it desperately — it was part of Dodo's body.
For twenty years in this world, whenever I felt betrayed or humiliated, Dodo was my only comfort.
He got me through the hardest times — through his whole short life.
And now… all that was left was this little piece of bone?
    No! I couldn't accept it!
