The day Lucy died,I was sad.After all,she was just a baby.But then I remembered that in my previous life,her mother killed me for her.
Rose had a miserable time during this period.She was doxxed-searched by Green's extreme fans,and she had to stay at home every day,afraid of what might happen if she went out. But then she got other ideas.
As early as the day I went to get the bank card for her,I had secretly installed a camera in the living room.A few days after Lucy died,she started packing up,carefully boxing up the posters that she had once cherished.One night,after packing two large suitcases,she was about to leave when she was confronted by Mia.
"Mom,where are you going?"

"Mom,did you forget that after you took my compensation money card,you started treating it as your own?My phone received a notice about an insurance payment.Mom,what on earth did you do?"
"I...I..."Rose was truly terrified now. Mia saw her clutching her bag tightly and grabbed it from her with a hideous expression.
During the scuffle,four insurance policies that Rose had been protecting so carefully fell to the ground.Rose's face turned ashen.Mia saw that the insurance policy for Lucy had already been activated.Her expression was terrifying.
"Mom,do you want us to die?"

Mia was no longer in her right mind.She suddenly laughed maniacally,still holding a lighter in her hand.She locked the door and,looking into Rose's terrified eyes,said coldly,"Mom,she said she misses us.Do you want to go and be with her?"
"Mia,I was wrong.Forgive me one more time,please!I'll never do it again..."Rose knelt down,her face was covered in tears.
But by then,Mia didn't want to listen to her.With a numb expression,she threw the lit lighter onto the pile of cardboard boxes.Flames quickly spread throughout the house.Rose tried to run,but Mia clung to her tightly,her face contorted with hatred.
"Mom!My sweetie misses us!"
Smoke obscured the camera,and the subsequent footage was no longer visible.Neighbors who heard the commotion came out and quickly called the ambulance and the fire department.But with the door locked by Mia,they first took care of their own safety and rushed downstairs.
From the surveillance,only intermittent cries of agony could be heard,gradually growing weaker until they faded away.
The next day,I received a call from the police station.Both Rose and Mia were dead,their bodies charred black.
I made a video call to Jack,who was abroad.He looked haggard.He took a document out of his bag and said,"Linda,we can pay the remaining balance for the house now."
