I went on several blind dates one after another,but none of them were successful.The conversations during the meetings were very awkward.
It was like there was a set of fixed procedures,asking about property,work,income,and family background.
There was no emotional foundation,and there was also a lack of sincerity.
I didn't meet anyone who was particularly good at chatting or had a higher emotional intelligence.
As a result,I became a bit resistant to blind dates later on.
My mother told me to take a break,and she would help me screen the candidates first.
At the end of the month,our project officially ended,and all the main participants received a considerable bonus.
Looking at the fresh figures in my bank card,I wanted to find someone to celebrate with.
My roommate who shared the house went on a date with her boyfriend.
After thinking about it,I called Leo.

"Then let's talk about it in person."
"Have you eaten yet?If not,come directly to my place for dinner.I'll make braised pork for you tonight."
"Okay.I'll come over after work."
After hanging up the phone,I thought for a while.Since I had already finished today's work and had nothing urgent at hand,I asked my manager for an hour's leave and left work early.
I went to the supermarket and bought some seafood and some cooked food.
I also bought a lot of imported snacks that I usually couldn't bear to buy.
There were a total of four big bags.
When Leo came downstairs to pick me up,he was simply stunned.
"What happened to you?Why did you buy so many things?"
"Hehe,I got a bonus and wanted to celebrate."

I propped my chin with my hand and thought about it with an air of arrogance.
"Hmm...considering the crabs and the braised pork,I can do it!"
Leo smiled.
He had a simple and honest smile,and I thought he was really cute.
