Chapter 40 THE JUDGEMENT DAY!

"That naughty kid succeeded scaring us! I thought he's a ghost all along. Ugghhh! I hate him, Kiarra said and covered her face.
"That's so funny!" Hannah and Adam laughed at them so hard. Let's get back to the topic. Let us get your son in your house, but you, Atty. Nicdao will not go to us. Dave will accompany us in your house to get your child," Adam told him.
"I trust you handsome, please take good care of my son until he reached my arms again. I want to hug him tight. I really missed that naughty little boy," Atty. Nicdao requested. "We'll wait for you," he added.
Adam, Hannah and Dave went to Atty. Nicdao's house to get the kid. When they reached the house, they saw the kid eating in the dining area. The kid was shocked and tried to hide but it's too late for him to hide because the three saw him clearly.
"Hey boy! Our two eyes already saw you clearly. Stop hiding, get out under the table," Adam uttered.
The kid came out under the table and said, "Who are you? You and that beautiful lady at your back, your faces are not familiar, but you, he pointed at Dave. You're the one who is wearing the shirt I pulled while I'm under my bed," he laughed out loud.
"Aha! Naughty kid that's you? Oh, come on. We are here to get you. Your dad is at your uncle's house. Come join us so we can take you to your dad," Dave told him and offered his two hands to carry the kid.
"Hey! He pushed Dave and goes towards Hannah. Franz hugged her and said, I don't want them. Please, don't let them get me," Franz begged her.
"This kid has the same taste of mine when it comes to girls," Adam whispered. "So, naughty!" He pinched the kid's cheeks and messed up his hair.
"Do you want me to carry you or just hold my hand so I can take care of you from these guys?" Hannah asked Franz with the smile on her face and then he looked at Adam and Dave.
"No! I'm a big boy now so don't carry me like a baby boy. I want to hold your hand," Franz told her and he held Hannah's hand then he showed Adam and Dave a funny face like widening his eyes showing his tongue.
"If this kid is not a kid, I will punch him," Adam whispered and approaching to punch the kid but he didn't continue. He followed Hannah and Franz and he heard Dave whispers, "Aaaarrrgggghhhhh! If you're not a kid, I will kick you." Dave is approaching to kick the kid but he didn't continue when Adam signed, "Don't"
It's already 3:45am when they took Franz home. The two lawyers are still awake as well as their friends. The kid goes straight to his dad and they hugged each other so tight. Atty. Nicdao introduced his son to Atty. Galiego and Atty. Galiego to his son.
"Hey Franz! This is Uncle Vincent, he's my brother. From now on, we will stay here in his house, okay?" Atty. Nicdao told his son.
"Hello Franz! I'm your Uncle Vincent," Atty. Galiego sheds tear and hugs his nephew, Franz. He felt Franz hugged him back and he smiled. He asked Hannah and Adam to take the kid inside his bed room and join him so he can sleep.
The two followed what the lawyer told them. When the kid already slept, they went outside the room and join their friends and the two lawyers they heard Kiarra asking while they're going downstairs.
"What's your plan now Atty. Galiego? Now, that you find out that Atty. Nicdao is your real brother? And now you saw your cute nephew? Will you let him go and let Mr. Jones put in jail because Atty. Nicdao is your brother?" Kiarra asked.
"Yes, he is my brother. He is a lawyer too. He knows what a lawyer must do," he answered.
"I understand bro," Atty. Nicdao said.
It's already 4am now. We have to go early in the court, remember? It's a must to arrive in the court at 8am, Kesiah reminds them.
They all decided to take some rest and they fell asleep Atty. Nicdao and his son, Franz together with his team stayed in Atty. Galiego's house for good and safety.
Hannah and Adam woke up early, they visit Atty. Galiego and Atty. Nicdao in his room to wake them up. They saw Atty. Galiego sleeping in the position where his arm supports his nephew's head. Franz slept hugging his uncle while Atty. Nicdao is missing. They tried to find him in all part of the house but he's not around. But because it's 7am, the two decided to wake up Atty. Galiego and their friends. However, they took the kid with them when Franz opened his eyes and wakes up.
They were all ready to go in the court but their friends and Atty. Galiego noticed that Atty. Nicdao is missing. Instead of finding him, they all went to the court for the judgement of the accused Mr. Jones together with Franz.

The accused went to the court wearing prison's shirt, an orange shirt, his hands were at the back of him and locked with handcuffs. He had a lot of wounds and bruises in his face, in his arm, in his neck and its back. He sat down carefully like he had also wounds on his butt.
The judgement started; the lawyer came forward to discuss the evidences they have. He saw the lawyer of the victim's family but not Atty. Nicdao, a new lawyer.
After he explained the possible situations using the evidences they have.
Because of the accurate evidences surrendered in the court and after the real murderer of Mrs. Franchesca Jones surrendered in the authority this morning, the Court hereby declared that Mr. Leeven Jones "Not Guilty" the judge used his gavel, a signed for approval and confirmation of the words says in the paper that Mr. Jones is not guilty.
They were all shocked but they all smiled, have the same thing on their minds saying, "Atty. Nicdao did the right thing to do, he surrendered in the authority that's why he's missing the moment we wake up this morning."
Mr. Jones hugged Atty. Galiego and the young detectives one by one. Franchesca's parents went to him and hugged him too. Mr. Jones tears flow on his face because of joy. They walked together and asked who killed her wife. The young detectives answered, "Atty. George Nicdao" he did the right thing to do.
