He had a slight scar on his lip.
"It's the girl Liam wants." the other said "Grab her let's go."
"Liam would love to use the younger heir to the Lemiere's wealth." one rubbed his hands in glee "I'm truly jealous. She's such a beautiful find and would be such a beautiful keep. I bet she's still a virgin!"
They took a step closer but stopped and I heard footsteps coming closer.
"Shit!" the scarred one exclaimed "Let's get out before Xavier find us. We'll be back for you babe."
With that they left and I dropped the hair dryer rather frightened and shaking. Xavier and Cristiano appeared in the doorway.
"Royalty are you alright?" he asked concerned "I heard you scream."
"Men....gun....scar."I stammered shaking like jelly
"What?" Chrissy asked me confused
"Let's question her later." Xavier said "We've got trouble on our hands."
Geovanni came running in a few minutes later.
"Nora, Alana and Aria were shot dead!" he yelled "Seventeen of our men too and money and guns are missing."
Aria? Alana? Nora? Dead? Guns?
It was too much in such a short space of time and suddenly the room began to spin and I took hold of Xavier's shirt sleeve before black dots began to appear and everything went black.
Xavier's POV
"What do you want Liam?" I asked him
"The girl." he answered
Liam Alfonso was the younger brother of Lucario. He was the real deal of the two and we were constantly at war. Suddenly Royalty became the main target in the mafia world and I was getting worried about her contact with the outside world. She was a model after all and was becoming really famous.
"Never!" I refused
"Why not?" he asked amused
Liam was a carbon copy of Lucario but shorter and he had a scar on his cheek from a knife wound I had given him a few months ago.
Glad to see I left my mark! Hope he wouldn't forget that I almost killed him!
"Why should I hand her over for you to kill her?" I challenged
"Well I've killed three of your girls by ambush but not before I enjoyed them." he smirked
"What?" I asked in surprise
"Have a look." he gestured to one of his men
Three bodies were then bought in by some men and thrown on the ground with blood running all over. The figures were naked and it took me a while to recognize who it was.
"That's Nora, Alana and Aria!" Jianan gasped
I started at the three girls. They laid there lifeless. Their bodies were covered with wounds made by ropes and whips. Liam had caught them and made good use of their bodies before shooting each of them in the head. The wounds were fresh so I knew it had just been a few hours ago.
"There's a war that we have to finish Xavier." Liam smirked "Believe me it's just starting. The longer you take to hand over the girl the more I will enjoy using your girls. They aren't virgins after all."
I was about to answer when I heard Royalty scream.
"Royalty!" Cristiano raced off in the direction of the scream and Jianan followed closely
"If you want this to be a real battle then we'll battle. I'm not handing Royalty over anytime soon." I warned him "Watch your back Liam. You may be older than me but I'm as slippery as a snake."
I turned and walked away. I knew what I just said had an effect on him. I was well known for being really sly and swift and could get anything I wanted right under anyone's very nose. Liam knew that a feared me. If he wanted a war then he started something he knew he would lose.
I raced after the boys and heard rapid footsteps running. I knew it had to be Liam's men. I ran into a room where Royalty was. She was shaking and frightened and I knew the men must have said something to her.
"Royalty are you alright?" I asked concerned "I heard you scream."
"Men....gun....scar." she stammered shaking like jelly
Shit! She's scared of guns!
"What?" Chrissy asked her confused
She was trying to say something but she couldn't get it out right.
"Let's question her later." I said "We've got trouble on our hands."
He killed my girls and men and I want back what he took. He's triggering the release of a mafia demon!
Geovanni came running in a few minutes later.
What now!
"Nora, Alana and Aria were shot dead!" he yelled "Seventeen of our men too and money and guns are missing."
I know about the girls but money too! Right under our noses! He's got to have men working here and when I find them they will never see daylight again.
Royalty began to get white. Those three girls were her best friends besides Neveah and now they're gone. A lot was happening to her in such a short time and I knew it would affect her. She took hold of my shirt sleeve before I saw her collapse. I caught her and picked her up bride style before she hit the ground. This wasn't good news at all.
"Get Neveah." I ordered Jianan "We've got to get Royalty home. Too much has been happening to her and we need Kaine to check on her. Let's go."
She has been asleep for the last two days and I was worried about her.
"Worried about the Dea?" Kaine asked me carrying a box to is table
"Why wouldn't I be?" I shrugged sitting on the edge of the bed where she slept and brushing the hair out her face "She's been asleep for the last two days. The news of her best friends shot dead must have hit he hard. She fainted right after."
Kaine chuckled.
"Don't worry. It's a minor case of shock. She'll be fine." Kaine patted my shoulder "How's the case coming along?"
