Different speculations were already spreading online about what had happened. Some say he has a deadly disease and they mocked him, others say it's his evil that has kept him that way. But while he was being mocked and ridiculed, there are some people that praised him too.
Mack knew he needed all of the controversy to come back up again. He had already started working on getting back to the entertainment industry and getting his power back. This time, he would never let anyone ridicule him ever again. He would get his revenge on Noah and Anna.
Nari, now going through the internet as always frowned at some of the nasty comments about them. They mocked her for marrying a man like Mack, some even accused her of transferring her disease to Mack. What disease did she have. She wanted to scream and yell but quickly remembered she was mourning and needed to cry instead.
People called she and Mack the local sick couple and made fun of them.
These people, they were all Anna's fans. They loved to mock her. Nari sent a message to her manager immediately. She was done playing the silent games, it was time to attack Anna with the bots again. If Anna has dedicated fans, then she would use bots to attack her.
"Let go of the internet for a moment Nari and have breakfast with us. The guest will start arriving soon and we need to be in character." Kate said to her daughter.
She has been very happy since yesterday because of the gifts she had received from people. The money they have made from the general and Grace's death alone can be enough to pay the royal family and reclaim their debt and Kate was ready to go back to her old life again.
She was ready to claim all of Anna's inheritance and be incharge again. She couldn't continue to live in this little mansion. She was above this level.
"This people are not being fair." Nari said. "They have no idea what Mack and I have been through to be this mean to us."
"Then I shall handle that. I still have contacts for them. You need to arrange yourself before the guest start arriving again." Kate warned. They couldn't act unborthered before people. A few guest would have stayed back yesterday, but the mansion was just too little to contain people. So they all left to be back today.
Kate sent a message to her assistant immediately and the man responded in no time.
"On it." In less than a few minutes, the bots were activated and they started attacking Anna as well. They blamed Anna for all of Nari's predicament even if she had nothing to do with it. Seeing how the tables have turned, Nari smiled.
"You're the best mother." She said.
"It's high time you stop caring about what people on the internet have to say about you Nari, they don't know and they don't care." Mack stepped out of the room.
"I'm about to send a letter to the royal family to tell them we have their money now, and that they can give us the properties they seized." Kate said proudly as she sipped from her tea.
"We made enough for that?" Nari glanced at Mack who glanced back at her. They couldn't believe they would make a hundred millions in one day. Though Mack had gifted fake 10 million to save face before those women, he didn't they could make so much. But then they were talking about the Sui's.
Aside Anna's industry friends visiting, the general knew a lot of people and they had all visited the day before.
"How about we wait for a few more days. We could get more money during the funeral." Mack suggested.
"Mack is right mother, we could wait and keep living here, it'll make people pity us and gift us more money." Kate smiled at their words. In just a few weeks, these two people have forgotten how wealthy the Sui's were. They didn't need any extra cash as long as they have thier accounts back. They have unlimited money.
Money that would last for generations. Now that her father was dead, she could easily take Anna's name off the family and inherit everything for herself. Nari could be the next heiress and inherit everything after her. Kate had it all planned out. Waiting another day without having access the wealth before her felt like an enternity.
"Nonsense you two. What is their money when we have abundant. You seem to have forgotten who the Sui's are." Kate said proudly. She would never have this life it if weren't for her daddy and her brother. It's unfortunate Anna will never be able to benefit from it.
"I should send the letter immediately. I need everything back to normal before the end of the week." Kate picked her cellphone and began with the calls. She couldn't wait to show off her wealth again before the people that mocked her, especially Victoria. That woman had mocked her that day at the shop.
She would buy all of her jewels again and wear all of her expensive clothes like before. Her life would be perfect again.
"Don't forget to act sad today, there will be important guest soon enough. We need to appear as hurt as possible." Kate reminded the two and they both nodded. It was all thanks to the dead that she had this life in the first place, if her father and Grace hadn't been so stupid, she would never have everything to herself.
Kate sent a message to her assistant again. "Send a letter of appeal to the royal family, tell them we want to pay what we owe and the damages we have cost to them."
"Right away ma'am." The man on the other end went about his business. All she needed to do was wait for the royal family's words. She hopes they would pity her and give her what she needs.
Now seated in his office, Noah received a message from Paul. It was an appeal from Kate Sui. He raised a brow. For someone that was already in a worst mood, he smiled at the letter.
