No one was allowed to stay in the mansion anymore as the property now belonged to the royal family.
Now seated in one of the cars, Kate and Nari stared at the guards lock their mansion and placed a seal on it indicating it now belonged to the royal family. Kate never imagined, her little prank on Anna and Noah Declan would result to her losing everything she thought she owned.
She was calm because she knew she had been fighting a lost battle. It was only a matter of time before Anna take everything away from her, so it was better this way. Neither Anna or her will have anything that belongs to the Sui. She would rather die, than let it happen.
It was now all over the news that the Sui's have gone completely bankrupt because of the issue they have with the royal family. But the news had been very critical, as they had placed all of the blame of the Sui's losing their money and wealth on Kate's bad decision. Noah made sure it was that way so that his wife do not get insulted for it.
It's not like their brokenness would affect her. He just wanted to take matters into his hands once again, since his wife was too soft to deal with her family. This is his lite way of dealing with Kate. It is something he should have done a long time ago, but he wanted to respect his wife's wish.
After the little stunt she pulled, he knew he had let her off for far too long. It was time for him to do something about her and their madness. He has put his wife in so much trouble by even allowing Kate breathe to this moment.
"Let's go." Kate said to Nari. They were leaving without a penny, but at least she had relatives she could rely on for the time being. Life will be hard. She would just have to up her game and blackmail Anna into giving her money too.
Their car started moving away. Nari stared at her mother who smiled her way. She had been skeptical about leaving before,but even Nari knew sticking with Kate was her only means of survival. She would have to live a low-key lifestyle for now and maybe bounce back up some other time.

The news about the downfall of the Sui's was all over Summerlane as everyone spoke about it. Anna had tried calling her aunt multiple times but it went straight to voicemail. She was scared for them. She didn't think things would get this bad for them, she didn't want anything bad to happen to her aunt.
Kate is the only real family she has now. Even if their relationship is bitter sweet, knowing she has someone was enough for her. Now standing in front of the place she once called her home, Anna shook softly in Noah's arm as she cried helplessly.
"It's okay Anna, they couldn't have gone far, we'll find them soon." Elizabeth said to her. She had also heard of the news this morning and had told her mother and the entire Declan family about it. They were all here to support Anna in the little way they can.
The matter with the royal family also affected them financially, but their case isn't as bad as the Sui's since Noah couldn't sit off his families wealth completely. If it were up to him, he would have done so, but he doubts his mother will survive for a week without money.
That woman can act all tough, but she's soft by heart just like Anna. Though she would never let anything bad happen to her family.
"But how do I find her?" Anna asked as she stared at the locked gate. She knew she should have spoken to her aunt last night, but she had slept off. She didn't even know when she did. She had planned to explain the situation to her aunt and tell her the Declan's were also affected too and there's nothing they can do to help them. But she didn't.
"We'll find them, that won't be hard." Noah assured her.
"And we'll help them in any way we can Anna. Your family is ours too. We'll all be fine." Evelyn assured her daughter in-law. She was more concerned about the baby Anna was having than whatever her family was going through.
"Yes, Anna. We can't stay here all day, let's go back home. Noah had promised to find your family, he will in no time." Vincent chimed.
"Yes Anna. My father is too old to be in this cold, plus it's not safe for you and the child. Let's go home, I'll help Noah to find your family in no time." Lionel added. Anna couldn't say no to their requests. The Declan's love her even better than her own family. They still respected her even if she's no longer a heiress to any empire anymore.
Her family have lost everything they ever owned. Everything her grandfather worked so hard for has been taken because her aunt decided to not be useful for once. Because her aunt decided to be malicious towards her. If she hadn't tried to humiliate Anna the way she did, they would still have their home and money.
Anna knew all of these, yet she still valued her aunt because she thinks Kate is her only family now. She would never forgive herself if anything happens to her. She doesn't care about Nari, all she cares about is her Aunt.
There's only one place ber aunt can be and she would have to visit her without Noah or the Declan's going with her...
