"Two of the girls raided my closet and destroyed everything." Anna explained. Noah had seen such news, it's the reason he came here in the first place. He didn't like what they did to his wife.
At first, he wanted Anna to have her free will and do whatever she liked, however she wanted it, but he had forced Eclipse to be one of the late sponsors of the show. Meaning his wife will be treated more respectfully than before because right now she had more than enought backing.
"I know." He said searching her among the few clothes she had in there till his eyes came across a white lace dress. Anna frowned. This is the reason she didn't want to get married in the first place.
While she was dating Mack, he let's her wear whatever she wanted. Most times he picked short outfit himself for her and makes sure she flaunted her body to whatever event they were attending together.
"This... Looks... Okay." Noah brought out the dress as he twirled it before his eyes. It was indeed beautiful, having lace prints on it. It wasn't as tight as the others and a knee length dress.
"It doesn't." Anna said through gritted teeth."I like this one better Noah. It's a party, I can't wear that, plus you'll be there with me." She tried to convince him. There's no way she'll be wearing gown as long as this to the party. Noah was silent for a moment and then the next he yanked the dress from the closet and walked towards her.
Anna panicked, she had been a fool to think k he would even listen to her. Who is she kidding, Noah listens to no one but himself.
"Noah." She moved back a little.
"Come on take it off my sweet girl." Noah coerced her...
After their little disagreement, the couple stepped out of the bedroom, one having a stoic expression and the other smiling behind her. Anna adjusted Noah's coat on her body. He had not only forced her to wear the white dress, he also covered her up with his coat stating that the white dress was a little revealing too.
Noah accused her of having no shame for her marriage and that she wanted to seduce and chase other men. She was fed up by him, even if she's so mad at him that she could hit him, she still love him as much.
Somehow, his dominance made her heart flutter in ways she couldn't explain. It was a love and hate situation. While she hated he was controlling, she also loved he was.
Anna has never been in a real relationship before, (she doesn't count her relationship with Mack as a relationship), and wanted to cherish whatever she has now.
As they walked through the stairs, Anna could hear the loud music all the way from where they were. It would have been all nice if Noah didn't ask for a change of dress, but nevertheless, she's here to have fun and she will.
When they arrived before the door, Noah turned his wife around to make sure her makeup was perfect before they both stepped in. It was like a huge club with so many other people dancing and partying. Reporters swarmed from one angle to another as they surrounded her, separating her from the man that had walked in with her.
Noah gave her space, he knew when to leg her work and when to protect her. Her line of job required things like this and he didn't want to get in her way.
"Miss Sui your performance tonight was great." The first person said and Anna smiled.
"Thank you, but I should leave now." She said politely, her eyes scanning the room for the man who just left her. Noah flared his fingers at her with the brightest smile on his face.
"But miss Sui, we have more questions to ask." Anna said calmly.
"If you ever are to pick a winner who would you pick?" Another person asked bringing the mic close to her lips. Anna thought about the trick question and then she responded. "Every girl here deserves the award."
"Are you saying you don't deserve it?" The woman asked.
"No, that's not what I meant..."
"So are you saying you're better than the other girls?" Anna stopped speaking immediately because she knew whatever she said anymore will only add more petrol to the burning fire.
The last thing she wanted was negative news against her, but it seems it has already started because Lola just walked in here with a frown. I knew that frown from anywhere, it's the face she always keeps when something isn't right. I wondered what has happened this time.
"Is everything alright?" Anna asked. "Yes, I need your phone." Lola smiled.
"I left it in the room." She nodded and started walking away. Lola knew she had to counter everything Nari or whoever has payed the blogs and news outlets to say about Anna. As if that was not enough, Kate has accused Anna of neglecting her grandfather and attending the diamond award.
She said their family hadn't given her the permission to leave and that she left on her own will. Lola didn't want anything to ruin their chances of winning the award. They're already so close to lose the public support.
Lola didn't need to inform Anna about it when she could handle everything alone. She arrived in Anna's room only to be greeted by pieces of torn dress on the floor. She could already imagine what those two have done in here before attending the party. Anna and Noah are really crazy in love with each other, and everyone hopes their love will continue to last for so long.
She picked up Anna's phone and decided to post a few things on her page.
