She had remembered before, so what is happening now?
She started to panick, her hands shaking on the keyboard. She couldn't remember anything, not one thing about her past. Oh this is so embarrassing. And the audience weren't helping at all as they started to murmur.
Damien who watched his student, squat to her level, "Is everything okay Anna?" He asked but the girl didn't respond. She closed her eyes so tight.
"It's okay you can open your eyes. It's alright if you don't remember anything, there will be a next time." Damien said calmly.
No. She did want a next time, Noah and her aunt would be disappointed in her. She didn't go through all the stress to just lose like this. Anna tried harder and then a picture appeared. She was staring at her white shoe click the floor gently. She was in a blue dress, her favorite dress back then.
She met her teacher standing next to her piano. The woman guided her to seat on the seat as she started teaching her. "Today Anna, we'll learn a hard song, but I think you can do it. I know you can play this song."
"But it's hard." Little Anna said but her mentor shook her head. "You have a competition coming today and you need to practice. Now come on." The woman sat beside her and started to play each note.
And in real life, Anna did the same. She started playing the same note the woman played back then, her eyes still closed.
Damien's eyes went wide as he stared at her. The music she played was well popular but considered one of the hardest sound to play. Yet Anna played it so beautifully. Her fingers moved to gracefully on each key note till the music came to an end.
The crowd erupted again as everyone was in standing ovation of Anna Sui. They clapped and clapped throwing flowers on the stage. Damien was quick to catch the blood that rolled out of her nose with his kerchief and Anna opened her eyes.
She held the kerchief and rose as she bowed to the crowd.

While everyone celebrated her in Crownsville, back at Summerlane, in a very beautiful and dark mansion held a man and a woman as they watched the live broadcast. While the woman smiled at the last performance like every other person in the world. The man frowned.
He was happy his wife had performed so good, but the man beside her is who he didn't like. He didn't like the way he was close to Anna. Until this moment he never knew his wife was a good pianist and it irked Noah to his bones.
His blood was boiling so badly. This is why he wanted to be in Crownsville but Grace said they would only distract Anna and they should be there on the last day.
"That was so beautiful Noah." Grace mused but the jealous man rolled his eyes instead. He stared at his beautiful wife and noticed the little piece of fabric with a little red mark she was trying to hide behind her dress. In other to win the competition, Anna has stressed herself too much.
And it seems like it worked, because right now everyone compared her performance to that of Nari. While some still thought Nari's performance was the best, the majority thought Anna's was better.
It was time for the judges to decide who the winner was and who they would eliminate.
All 20 girls were called back to the stage, Anna standing next to Ava who has performed before and Nari standing next to the other girls acting all scared and soft.
"Nari, Anna, Ava, Matilda, Julia..." Laura started calling and each girls called on separated themselves from the rest. Once they were ten Laura stopped calling.
"The judges have made their decision." She started. "All them of you are thereby eliminated from the show." Laura pointed to the other ten girls. They all bowed before walking away.
The security men escorted them to their rooms to get their properties as they exited the resort immediately. They are to be flown back to their respective country or homes with immediate effect.
"Now for our winner of tonight." Laura held the paper in her hands and stared at the name in it. She was shocked herself to see who it was, but she smiled anyway and called out the name.
"The winner of tonight's show is..." Laura dragged her words turning the air even more tensed. Before they had one winner but right now, everyone knew that spot now had two strong contenders. Anna and Nari.
From this show everyone could already tell the two last people that would stand on the last day to be crowned as the next diamond. It would be a phenomenal event.
But that award would be decided by the public because from tonight, the real competition has began as everyone would fight to be crowned the next diamond.
Nari was scared, she hoped her mother hadn't failed her because she promised the competition would be easy and so far it has. It has really been so easy for her, that she was glad for.
"The winner of tonight's competition is... Nariiiiiiiiii." Everyone screamed at first and then a lot of people didn't anymore as they stared at Anna. The ones who had loved Nari screamed with their might and the ones who loved Anna frowned as they watch Nari celebrate her victory.
Almost immediately Chan got a text from Kate. "Stop every plans to take Anna down, she's not on Nari's level anymore. My daughter would win." Chan smiled and sent an okay text back to her friend.
