Grace had gotten tired of searching for Anna last night, luckily she had found Paul who said her neice was with her husband. Grace felt a great senses of relief. She couldn't imagine what she would have done if something bad actually happened to her neice.
She had slept so peacefully.
Kate and Nari had both gone to their rooms, but both women were angry their plans have failed. The same could be said about Cara who was so angry herself. She has been planning of these revenge for weeks only for it to be destroyed by the three people whose identity she couldn't recognize.
Once again, Anna Sui was saved in a miraculous way. It's almost as if she has a superior being guilding her.
The knock on the door stirred Anna from her sleep, and she rolled over in bed, hugging the man beside her tightly as she inhaled his sweet scent. Noah lay there, staring at his beautiful wife as she smacked her lips and buried her face in his chest. He couldn't wait to see her reaction when she woke up and remembered everything she had done to him last night.
"Do you still want to rape me?" Noah asked, watching as she stiffened before gradually opening her eyes. She quickly let go of him and sat up in bed, she was slightly embarrassed.
Her body and butt ached so bad and she could tell something dangerous had happened between her and Noah. Anna blushed more, this time her face turning redder than a tomato if that was ever possible. Anna has never been more embarrassed.
How did she end up in this situation anyway? How did she end up in the same bed as Noah?
This man was really a beast.
The last thing she remembered was walking to the ball room with her aunt and suddenly, she can't remember anything anymore.
"G... Good morning." Anna began coyly hiding her face with her palm, and Noah chuckled softly. He found her shy attitude rather cute.
"You were quite bold last night," he said, his tone teasing. "I must say, it was a side of you I hadn't seen before." He continued.
Noah was really planning to kill her', Anna thought praying for the ground to open and swallow her whole. Noah would never let her hear the end of it.
She tried to recall the events of the previous night, bits and pieces coming back to her in a hazy blur. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..."
"You did nothing wrong you were drugged." Noah said in a serious tone, his smiles were all gone now replaced by an indifferent expression. He could begin to imagine if he had arrived when he did. If Beth and Cara had no told him to take the room he slept in.
He tried not to imagine another man having a taste of his beautiful wife.
They had tried to set her up last night to separate them and destroy her character tl the public. That's all he could think about. He had invited so many suspects a d he didn't know which one to suspect first.
"Do you remember the waiter who gave you the drink?" Noah asked to see her nod. Anna was already thinking what he was thinking too. Someone had tried to ruin her last night and she must get to the root of it.
"It was a man with dark hair and a small scar on his left cheek. He was wearing a black suit, just like the others, but he seemed nervous." She said trying to recall it. She could recall everything that happened before she drank the drink.
"Does the yacht have hidden cameras?" Anna asked, her eyes locked onto Noah's.
"I'll have to ask my father," Noah replied, frowning slightly. "He must have used invisible cameras."
Another knock resounded, louder this time. Noah, with his trousers barely hanging on his waist, he went to open the door.
He had wanted to tell Anna about her grandfather last night, but with everything that happened, it slipped his mind. He doesn't know how she would react about that, but he'll be here with her through everything.
He was yet to find out from Fletcher if the old man made it through the night.
"Master Noah, your mother has called you for breakfast," one of the serving boy informed him.
Noah glanced back at Anna, who was still too embarrassed to meet his gaze. She was staring at anything but him, her face clothed with shame.
Anna dragged the sheets up to cover her naked body, the thought of being seen in this state mortifying her. Pieces of their clothes lay scattered across the floor. Suddenly, a sharp headache hit her, and she moaned softly, clutching the back of her head.
"Ahh," she exhaled, wincing at the pain.
Noah hearing her scream sent the boy away before rushing back to her side. "Are you okay?" He asked sitting next to her.
Anna nodded weakly, tears falling from her eyes as she sniffled. "Just a headache. Probably from the drugs." Noah frowned at her words. He knew she was lying.
Noah's expression hardened. "What is wrong my sweet girl?" He asked removing a few strands of her hair from her face.
"I... I remember Noah." She managed.
"Everything?" He asked feeling relieved but she shook her head.
When Anna had seen those clothes tattered on the floor, the memory of her and Noah's first night together came flowing like a storm. That's the reason for the strong head ache.
That wasn't the only memory that came back, she also recalled Mack cheating on her with Nari.
Now she knew the story of how she had met the man beside her. Noah wasn't lying at all when he told her the story himself.
