She had no idea how long she had to do this to get her life back. She was tired of leaving this way. It's not like she had a way of running away and restarting her life afresh, Noah blocked all her means of escape.
She hasn't been online in weeks now because she had no internet. She had no means of communicating with anyone. Her last phone was stolen on her way back to the slump they live inate at night.
They had no money to buy food except the take away foods Noah had instructed to be given to them at the end of each day. At least he's been generous not to starve them. The food is only enough to last them for a day and that's it.
Someone walked past her and dropped a magazine in the trashcan. Nari peeked around before picking it up.
"Aww, miss beauty queen is now a trash girl, looking for food in a trash can while wearing trash was so not in my books about you this year. How the tables have turned." A girl said from behind.
"The fall of our famous Nari needs to be studied." Another girls said next to the other.
"From being the countries top model to working as a maid in the biggest entertainment industry in less than a month." The last girl turned off the camera and saved the video they just took. Nari tried to cover her face, but what's the use? They already captured her face.
"Don't you dare post that." Nari yelled glaring at them. It was already enough that she's now turned into a maid in here, getting it to the public isn't what she wanted. That would ruin her public image and everything she stands for.
Though a lot will feel pity for her, people will never see her the same again.
She didn't know why this girls keep bullying her, she already has a lot going on in her life, this is not what she needed at the moment.
Last week it was Mack who had been all over the news for being a serving boys. The headlines had been deadly.

He had been so upset, cussing and breaking things in the little slump house to the point the house keeper almost evicted them. He forced her to sleep with that disgusting man so that they could keep living there because they have no money to find a better place yet.
Mack had changed drastically since they became poor. He had told her severally to start selling her body out for money for him and that he would still marry her either ways, but Nari could not see herself doing any of that.
"You're an ex beauty queen, you would cost a fortune. Everyone would want to have a piece of the cake." He said.
"It's high time you pay up for the money and time and invested in you. Start using your body to make money too, we can't keep being a slave to that man."
Even if she wanted to, it wouldn't be just anyone, it would be someone as powerful as Noah, someone that can go toe to toe with Noah and save her completely from him.
It had to be Noah, cause no one else is qualified to fight with him. But how would she seduce him when the man barely notices her. She had overheard a few people talking about divorce between him and Anna but she was yet to confirm anything.
"I don't think that's how things work around here miss beauty queen. You'd have to earn whatever you need, you of all people should be aware of that." One of the girls said, the one who took the video of her.
"I'm not doing anything, delete that video, this is your last warning."
"She's not ready Vio, let's sell the video out for a good thousands, people are craving for juicy news this day. Everyone is wondering what Nari is up to and why they haven't seen her around." Another girl said with a smile.
"What do you want?" Nari finally asked and all three girls smiled. They knew she loved her reputation more than her life. She would rather varnish from this world than die in a way that would affect her reputation.
She had already tainted it with everything that happened with Anna, and didn't want to destroy it more.
"Now you're talking." Violet smiled.
"We want you earnings for three months." The other girl who was standing next to violet said and Nari's eyes went wide.
Her earnings for three months? She would be kicked out of the house if Mack finds out. She had to find another way out of this. She needed to get that phone and fast, but first she had to agree to their offer.
"That's insane." Nari yelled.
"What would be insane is the world finding out about what you do now Nari, you know that." Violet smiled. "Just a little push to the broadcasting station, you know my uncle works there." She added with a smirk.
She had wanted to deal with Nari since the day she was embarrassed by her. The miss Nari that was once loved and respected by everyone in the city is now the most hated. People would pay any amount just to laugh at her downfall. They same people that once adored her like no other without an idea she is a snake and a big bully.
Violet recalled Nari bullying her at Mack's co entertainment company a few months back and got her fired, now, it was her turn to bully her. Nari is a known mean girl, the number of girls waiting to get back at her were too much for her.
Violet knew she still valued her lost image and reputation and has decided to take advantage of that. She would deal with Nari in ways she wouldn't fathom.
"I... I'll do it." Nari said softly at both girls. Her ego and reputation is more important than the money she was earning. If Noah decides to forgive her and give her a career back, she didn't want to have a reputation that would hunt her forever.
"I thought you wouldn't do it." Violet smiled.
"Also, for tonight, you would do our jobs and please, do it efficiently." She mocked.
At the same time Nari saw Paul coming from the end of the hall and she quickly held Violet's legs. In an attempt of pushing the disgusting girl off, Violet had kicked her just too hard which had Nari hitting the back of her head on the wall.
Everyone's eyes went wide, including Paul who had noticed them from afar.
He had been asked by Noah to supervise both Nari and Mack's work by Noah. Noah had labelled them hardened criminals and that they should be given the highest work in the company where they are paid the smallest.
Even if Anna forgives them, he would punish them for the rest of their lives. And no one, not even Satan, can save them from him. This is the reason no one dared try Noah Declan in the entire city.
No matter the punishment Noah had given them, bullying was the highest offence in the companies policy. No one was allowed to bully anyone, unless of course Noah. Paul frowned and walked up to them.
"What's going on here?" Paul asked staring at all four girls. Nari who was a great actress started coughing as she struggled to stand.
"N... Nothing."
"I didn't see 'Nothing." He said staring at them.
"W... We... We're just talking Mr Paul." Violet said.
"Is that true?" He asked Nari and all three girls glared at her.
"T... They took a video of me, threatening to post it and humiliate me." Nari said inaudibly but enought for Paul to hear and he frowned deeply.
"That not true, she's lying." One of the girls quickly said.
"Where is the cell phone you used?" Paul asked and Violet brought it out immediately. She had only meant to get back at Nari, but it turns out she's still as sly as always even if she's not poor.
"Bullying your fellow co workers is against the rule of this company, this will be settled later. For now, everyone should get back to work." He ordered and started walking away.
They had a lot to prepare for, he had so many errands to run and Noah being absent right now didn't help matters. He didn't have the time to settle fights between people, but he would have to summit it to Noah later.
