Satisfied? Who was satisfying whom here?!
The man was like a leech—my lips were going numb from his kisses.
Suddenly, collective gasps erupted from the doorway.
"Holy shit!"
Jack finally looked up, keeping me securely wrapped in his arms.
He patted my hand reassuringly before addressing the group with casual indifference.
"Sorry about that. Couldn't help myself.
Forgot you guys were even here."
A stunned silence followed his words.
Finally, one of the guys laughed awkwardly, trying to ease the tension.
But Jack ignored him, focusing instead on Joel, who hadn't uttered a word.
"You don't mind, do you, Joel?"
"I..."
Joel barely got a word out before
Jack started kissing me through the curtain, tenderly this time, almost playfully.
I lost track of time before he finally pulled away.
"See? Joel doesn't mind.
After all, he knows all about loving someone deeply—before throwing them away."
His voice hardened with his next words.
"But I'm nothing like Joel.
I'd never worship someone only to destroy them later. I'm not that cruel."
