Chapter 13

Damon's POV

The Findan fairy appeared in front of me and she summons the Findan pot.

A Findan pot is a Crock-Pot which contains magical water inside. The water they used comes from the sacred Sayana river where Fiscio, the juggen fish, was found. She gives advices on Gods and Goddesses and she also gives punishments when the Gods and Goddesses couldn't decide.

Fiscio is considered to be one of the superiors on Vortaxia. She's approximately two thousands and sixty three years old. She doesn't die.

They believed that the souls of the previous Gods and Goddesses becomes part of Fiscio and that what's gives her a long lifespan.

"Please have your left palm touch the water inside the Findan Pot," the fairy told me. I lifted my left hand and damp my palm at the water. I didn't bother to closed my eyes when a strong light flashes before my eyes.

This is the only way to found out.

I looked at the fairy. Puzzled, her wings' light faded and she started looking uncomfortable. "Where's my parsen?" I asked her. I looked around and everyone has a parsen standing beside them already.

"I can't seem to find your parsen in here, dear," she muttered. My lips formed a smile.

I knew it.

Golden's POV

After what the fairy have told me, I literally became more nervous.

I don't have a parsen?! So what does that mean? Am I going to be single all my life? No one would even try to hit on me or something? Can this day get worse than it already is?

I startled when the Findan pot and the fairy disappeared. I looked around and I noticed that I'm the only one that doesn't have a pair. This is more embarrassing.

Elaine glanced at me and her eyebrows raised when she noticed that I don't have anyone standing beside me. "Where's your parsen?" she asked.

I was going to answer her when the guy beside her offered me a hand shake. "Hello there. My name is Gabby," he introduced himself. I smiled at him and accepted his hand. "I'm Golden," I told him.

"It's very nice to meet you." He smiles, making his dimples on each cheek visible.

"Ivawww!" I startled when something hairy touches my skin. I looked down and I saw an Ivaw.

I winced when I heard an old man voice. "Vestacios Chosens!" he said. He wasn't using any apparatus to make his voice loud but it echoed in the eight corners of the enclosed octagon which happens to be called dividus according to Elaine.

"I've finally had a chance to meet the new batch of Chosen after a score," an old man said. He's wearing a really long gold robe. His beard is white and really long that it reaches his knees. His bludgeon caught my attention. It has a really cool crystal on top of it that changes color from time to time.

My gaze shifted on the eagle sitting comfortably on his shoulder. It's beautiful.

"I'm Hlaford. The God of Spheria Kingdom," he introduced himself. "It's my greatest pleasure to meet all of you." I just listened to everything he says. I think I met him before. I just don't remember where and when.

"I know that some of you have been living in Vortaxia and some of you have recently found out that you're a Vortan." He looked around and I wasn't really expecting him to stopped his eyes at my position. I gulped when our eyes met.

He looks really familiar.

"We all have gifts, from earth bender to water, air and fire. We're here to guide and help you enhance your gifts and capabilities," he says. "Welcome to Spheria Kingdom." He raised his bludgeon.

I winced when the walls suddenly disappeared and my eyes widened when I saw a different setting. It's like as if we teleported to a new place. "Wow!" Elaine gasped beside me. I glanced at her she looks pretty amazed from what she's seeing. I followed her gaze and my lips parted when I saw a beautiful palace standing before me.

"Wow," is all I managed say.

Hlaford's POV

My heart flutters as I watch the new Chosens entered the palace. They were all looking around with amusement in their eyes and I couldn't help but feel happy because soon, this new place to them is the place they will call home.

It's been twenty years when Gaviel's prophecy gave hope to us.

Discrimination from each other's races created war and it made Vortaxia a dangerous place. Moreover, the kingdom of Wizarnia and Mythonia threatened my kingdom and Dragonia which makes it more chaotic.

Silver and Diana died protecting their child. I never blamed them for I know how hard it must have been for them to accept their daughter's faith.

I respected their decision. I did not intrude the Human World to find Aluncina and Golden.

My only hope is Great Lucio's son, Draco. He's one of the Vortans mentioned on Gaviel's prophecy. My only way to find Golden.

We have been training Draco. We weren't expecting him to be a flame dragon but I guess inheriting a pure dragon's orb isn't easy.

Golden's parents were able to petrify the serpent but we're afraid that Wizardus and Mythos will find a way to cause chaos in our kingdom. I have to find Golden as soon as possible.

It wasn't hard.

Her aura dominated the crowd. I saw her glowing eyes.

"My lord..."

I snapped into my thoughts and look at professor Heanery. "Yes, dear?" I asked. I offered her a seat and she politely accepted it.

"What brings you here?"

"Lord Dragunus brought you a message." She put the bottle of thoughts on my table.

"Dragunus?" I repeated. We are good friends but he has never bring me a message before. She confirmed what I heard and left the room.

Why would he send me a message?
