"Here,"

She muttered a 'thank-you' walking past the open door and into the small room. It was dark inside so she kept still until the sound of a switch was being flicked, light flooded the room instantly and her eyes roamed over the area.

It was exactly the way she'd left it the last time, the magazine's were still on the coffee table and her favourite couch was still at the former position. Even the TV was on, but it was only showing a static black and white image. Aurora didn't know what she'd been expecting, it wasn't like he was earning that much. Besides she found the place comfortable and warm, a feeling she'd never been accustomed to even in her grand and majestic mansion.

She settled into the couch with a shaky sigh, enjoying the way the foam sunk in response to her weight, "How did you find me there?"

Ryan was busy taking off his jacket, which he threw unceremoniously on the messy bed. She gave him a look and he rolled his eyes before picking it up and hanging on the rack behind him,

"I was driving around," He answered with a shrug, "What would you like to drink? I got orange juice, a carton of milk-oh, it's expired but there's-"

"I'll just get a glass of water, please," She said smoothly, placing her purse on top the coffee table before relaxing back on the couch.

"Oh, of course," She heard some shuffling and then sound of water pouring into something, finally his heavy footsteps walked towards her and he extended his hand, "Thank you."

She gulped down the entire content in a single drink and smacked her lips in contentment, enjoying the refreshing coolness it brought to her sore throat.

"You must have been real thirsty."

She nodded wordlessly, picking on her nails. Aurora sighed, blinking up at him, "Ryan?"

He hummed, his dark eyes expectant and her lips curled. It was insane but this man sitting across from her was the only person who was genuinely interested in what she had to say. That acute realization brought a bittersweet feeling to her heart,

"Why'd you save me that night?" There was an obvious crease between his brows so she added, "At the bar where we first met. Why did you save me?"

She wasn't sure if it was the light but something flashed in his orbs but it went as quick as it came. Ryan pursed his lips and she couldn't help but smile at the reaction,

"I saw that you didn't want to take that drink. I saw that they had bad plans for you if you took the drink and I knew you would most likely hate yourself if that happened. Someone had to step in," He ended it with a shrug and something warm filled her chest.

She rose to her feet and threaded towards him. When she sunk on his lap, he released a shaky exhale, "But it was you," She breathed slowly, "You were the one who stepped in."

"Are you okay?" There was concern in his voice and she smiled, although it was strained, "You were crying out there. Did someone hurt you?"

She shook her head and felt something warm trickle down her cheeks. Ryan's eyes went wide in alarm and his thumb reached up to wipe the wetness,

"You're crying," He said but his voice held a tinge of pain and anger.

Aurora leaned forward, pressing their foreheads together, "I've been hurt a lot, more times than I would've liked but I know I'll get through it," She didn't know if she should say it but heck, this was the only chance she'd get, "You know, you're the only thing keeping me afloat, Ryan. Only you."

He froze. Like literally, he didn't move an inch. His eyes remained wide and his mouth parted open. Aurora grimaced, wondering if she'd said something wrong.

Of course, you did! Her mind screamed back.

She was the one who agreed on keeping things sexual between them, a means to an end. Yet, she was rambling about how he was the one keeping her afloat, it was sensible that he was stricken with shock.

"I'm sorry," She blurted out, making to rise, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have-"

His arms wrapped around her waist and tugged her back onto his thighs. She made a sound at the back of her throat when he pulled her forward, their faces inches apart,

"You can't take it back," He rumbled gently, his fingers holding her chin in place, "You've said and you can't take it back," His eyes flashed with such blazing intensity, she almost shivered, "Ever."

She didn't know who moved first, but their mouths had melded together and they were kissing like it was their last night together. Aurora mewled when his palm went up to cup her tender breast, squeezing with just enough pressure to make her center pulse.

"Oh, Ryan," She cooed when his tongue slipped into her mouth, moving with tantalising torture.

"Yes, flower," He grunted, tweaking her nipple through her clothes, "Moan for me."

Aurora could feel all of him.The way his minty breath fanned her face, the way his heart thudded rhythmically and the straining of his members against his jeans. And she wanted it.

Every inch of his perfect body.

She ripped her mouth away from his to whisper urgently, "The bed, take me to the bed." She pressed her lips back to his again, moaning when he gently nipped her bottom lip.

Aurora felt him stand and she wrapped her legs around him. They didn't break their kiss until they landed on the bed. He threw her first and she broke the fall with her elbow, staring back at him,

"Fuck," He swore, running his fingers through his messy hair, "You're going to be the end of me, you know that?"

She smirked and he cursed again, jumping on the bed to claim her mouth with a groan. Aurora sunk her fingers into his hair, enjoying the silky smoothness, and tugged causing him to growl in ecstasy.

Her center was already dripping, she needed him inside of her. So she made her want known to him by arching her hips and rubbing her middle against his,

"You don't wanna, oh fuck," He ground out, trying to push her hips back but she pressed even harder.

Aurora moved her mouth away from his, trailing her lips until she got to his ear, "Lie down."

He retracted instantly, "What?"

"Do you trust me?"

"Do I have a choice?"

She rolled her eyes at the sarcastic remark and pushed him so he was lying flat on the bed. "Just relax," She urged him, caressing his stiffened thigh.

His chest rose and fell with each exhale and she smiled dangerously. Aurora enjoyed that she had such an effect on him. She took her time in unbuckling his belt, giving him a warning look each time she moved.

"Raise your hips," He did as instructed and she slid the jeans down and then his boxer briefs. Her cheeks colored when his hard cock sprung out, evidence of strain shocking on the tip.

Aurora cooed sweetly, "You must have been through a lot, huh?" She leaned forward to press a kiss at the head and he jerked, hissing in response,

"If you do that one more time, I'll come all over you face."

She smirked at him, letting him know that she didn't mind. Aurora knew she had to move fast, there was a dark impatience in his eyes already and if she spent another minute waiting, he might throw her over and fuck her senseless.

Not that she minded.

She took off her own dress, enjoying the way his throat bobbed at her naked breast. Aurora climbed him slowly and when the realization of what she was about to do hit him, his gaze widened,

"I've always wanted to ride a horse," She added with a wink, rubbing the tip of his cock against her moistened center.

"Arrgh!" He groaned, bunching the bedspread into his fist.

Aurora smirked and closed her eyes as she sank into his length. Her lips parted into a sharp gasp as his large cock hit places in her that she'd never known.

She did keep true to her words, she rode him until he wasn't able to speak any intelligible words and she sobbed so loud, she was sure everyone in the building heard her.
