“Goodnight”, Adam called before heading but upstairs. I waited for the light thump of his bedroom door to close, then several more to pass before running into the living room.
“Loki?” I whisper, my voice coming out frantic.

“I'm here”, He whispers back, poking his head up from behind the sofa. I let out a long breath.
“Well, that was fucking close”, I chuckle.
“Glad one of us found it amusing. You know he would have chopped my dick off if he found me, right?” Loki grumbled.
“Serves you right. Now come on,” I suggest, walking toward the door. Loki hesitate. “Oh, come on, stop being such a baby”, I tease before leaving the room. Slowly Loki follows after, making sure to keep his steps as quiet as possible.
Loki stood awkwardly in my room. Like it was the first time he had been in here, which I suppose it probably was. It was funny watching him, nervously running his hands through his hair. His eyes looking at anything and everything.
Loki had sobered up a lot since kissing me. I suppose my brother almost catching us would do that to a guy. Still, it had been his own stupid fault. I had warned him. No scrap that I had specifically told him we couldn't do... whatever it was we were doing. Yet here he was. Loki had kissed me, and I had done nothing to stop it.

I press my swollen lips together, still tasting him. Loki was such a good kisser. God was cruel. “Are you going to stand there all night?” I ask, my lips tugging up in amusement.
“Depends. Is Adam still going to kill me?” Loki asked, his voice a low whisper.
“Most defiantly”, I tease, moving under the cover and scooting over. He groaned, switching off the light, plunging the room into total darkness.
I had turned my back to him, moving as close to the wall as I could possibly get. I had to share my bed with the bad boy. I wasn't crawl enough to make him sleep outside or risk Adam questions if he slept downstairs. But that didn't mean I needed to be touching him.

I heard the sound of shoes being kicked off, followed by fabric scrapping ageist skin. God. Was he taking off his tee?!? But I didn't get time to think about it, to demand he stayed fully clothed. The bed shifting under his weight as he moved atop it. Before it, when still., the room fell into total silence.
It felt strange sharing the bed with him. He was Loki Morganstar! Running back, lead singer and Bad boy. Someone I never would have guessed in a million years I would share my bed with. Yet here he was. I didn't feel tired anymore. My body was too aware of his closeness.
“Hey," Loki whispered into the dark, his voice deep and husky, “I'm sorry about kissing you...again”, he tried. Making me chuckle.
“You know you have been saying sorry a lot recently,” I tease. Making him snort.
“I seem to do a lot of stupid shit when I'm around you,” He admits, his leg brushing mine. Under the covers, Thankfully, he still had his bottoms on. But it didn't stop the goosebumps from breaking over my skin at the touch.
“Yeah, why is that?” I question. He lets out a deep breath, his body shifting. Like he had turned to face me.
“If I knew that, I wouldn't be doing it,” He laughs, the sound a deep rumble. Making me grin.
“Well, you better work it out, bad boy, or you’re going to be in a serious amount of shit one of these days.”
“Bad boy?” He snickered. “What am I? From a shitty chick flick movie?” his body seeming closer than before, though I didn't feel him move.
“Would you prefer fuck boy, rude boy, rebel or player?” I banter.
“You think I'm a fuck boy?” He counters, sitting up on his elbows. His breath tickling the back of my neck.
“Aren’t you?” I tease.
“Ouch! And I thought we were friends,” he jokes.
“Where I come from. Friends don't kiss other friends."
“But you kissed my sister,” He banters. I gasp.
“That was one time!” I protest. Turning around to hit him and only made him laugh harder. His hands catching my wrists.
“Couldn't have been that great if you still like boys,” He teases, still laughing.
“Oh my god! You’re such a dick!” I hiss. Trying to hit him again.
“Oh yeah?” He asks playfully. Pulling at my wrists, forcing me closer. I squirm pathetically in his grasp. His intoxicating scent filling my nose.
“Yes!” I squeal. Loki presses his lips to mine, his lips full and warm. His hands realise my wrists, curling around my middle, pulling me gently to him. I let my palms lay flat ageist his bare chest. His kiss was softer than it had been before, less urgent. It felt different. Sweeter. I quickly pull my lips away. Breathless.
“You need to stop kissing me,” I sigh. Loki skin was warm and hard under my fingers. I couldn't bring myself to pull away.
“Why?” he grumbles, his own fingers tracing over my back.
“Because I can’t be your friend if you’re going to keep kissing me.”
“But you like kissing me,” He points out. There was no point in trying to deny that I liked kissing him. Loki's kisses were better than any I had ever had before. Everywhere he touched me sent sparks through my skin, fire burning in my core. He was so attractive it was painful.
But it didn't change anything. Loki was who he was. That wasn't going to change. I knew what being involved with a guy like him entailed. It would be hot, burning passion that obliterated everything around it, including my sanity. But it would last only a second. Then I would be left to pick up the pieces. Alone, heartbroken and cold. No. I wasn't falling for it. I wouldn't be another conquest. He could go to hell.
“I also like Idris Elba and Rose Wine. However, that doesn't mean I should start stalking him and pouring wine on my cereal,” I point out, keeping my tone light. Amused almost.
“The guy from Luther? Isn't he like double your age?” Loki laughs.
“Yes. That doesn't stop him from being sexy as sin.”
“Wow, you are something else,” He teases.
“I know right,” I smile. “We should go to sleep.” I turning back around to face the wall. Loki shifts. Moving, so his front is pressed to my back—his arm under my neck, his hand curling around my hip. The heat of his body seeping through the thin fabric of my vest top. “What are you doing?” I breathe.
“Cuddling” He laughed like it was obvious.
“Why?” Having him this close to me. His muscled chest bare was making me nervous. It was getting harder and harder for me to catch my breath. Making my body light up like it was fucking Christmas. Worse of all, I didn't want him to move away.
“I don’t know” He shrugged, pressing his face into my hair. “I like it.”
“Loki Morganstar likes cuddling?” I giggle. “Won’t this destroy your reputation as a bad boy?” he snickered. Pressing himself a little bit closer into my back, making me gasp. Shit. He must have heard because he started chuckling. I was glad it was dark, so he couldn't see me blush.
“Sounds to me like you like me being this close to you,” He whispering in my ear and making a shiver run down my spine.
“Shut up, you arse,” I breathe, my voice doing nothing to hide how much his closeness was affecting me. He didn't say anything after that. Didn't even try to touch me more than he was. After a long silence, his breathing turned shallow. Telling me that he had fallen asleep. I close my own eyes, soon finding myself snuggling closer into his warmth, his arms wrapped around me protectively. He let out a soft groan, causing me to smile.
